A. APPLICATION REGISTRATION:

I. IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE REGISTRATION:

Before applying online, scan the following documents adhering to the specified guidelines:

·         Photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm)

·         Signature (on white paper with black ink)

·         Left thumb Impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)

·         Hand Written Declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below).

·         Ensure the handwritten Declaration is in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only (not in Capital letters).

·         Keep necessary details/documents ready for Online Payment of the application fee/intimation charges.

·         Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no. active until the completion of the Recruitment Process.

II. APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

·         Visit the Company’s website http://www.newindia.co.in ‘Recruitment’ Section and click on ‘APPLY ONLINE.’

·         Choose the tab ‘CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION’ and enter your Name, Contact details, email ID, mobile no., etc. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.

·         Save data using the ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ tab for incomplete applications. Use ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ for verification before final submission.

·         Carefully fill and verify details in the online application form. No changes are possible after clicking ‘FINAL SUBMIT.’

·         Validate details and save the application by clicking ‘VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS’ and ‘SAVE & NEXT.’

·         Proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per specified guidelines.

·         Fill in other details of the Application Form.

·         Click on the Preview Tab before ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ to verify the entire application form.

·         Modify details if required and click ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ after ensuring correctness.

·         Proceed to the ‘PAYMENT’ Tab and complete the payment.

·         Click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.

B. PAYMENT OF FEES – ONLINE MODE:

·         Complete the payment process by following instructions on the integrated payment gateway within the application form.

·         Payment is accepted through Debit Cards (Rupay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.

·         After submitting payment details, WAIT FOR THE SERVER INTIMATION. Avoid pressing back or refresh to prevent a double charge.

·         Successful transactions generate an e-receipt.

·         Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ signals PAYMENT FAILURE. In such cases, log in again and repeat the payment process.

·         Take a printout of the e-receipt and online Application Form. Note: If not generated, the online transaction might not be successful.

·         For Credit Card users: Charges are in Indian Rupee; your non-Indian credit card will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

·         Ensure data security by closing the browser window after completing the transaction.

·         Print the application form with fee details post-payment.

C. GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING AND UPLOAD OF DOCUMENTS:

Before applying online, prepare scanned images of:

·         Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)

·         Signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration.

Photograph Guidelines:

·         Recent passport-style color picture.

·         Color against a light-colored background.

·         Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

·         Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels, Size: 20 kb – 50 kb.

·         Signature, Thumb Impression, and Declaration Guidelines:

.         Sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.

·         Thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.

·         Write the declaration in English on white paper with black ink.

·         Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels for signature, Size: 10-20 kb.

·         Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels for thumb impression, Size: 10-20 kb.

·         Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels for declaration, Size: 20-50 kb.

Scanning Process:

·         Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi & color to True Color.

·         Crop the image to the edge, then use the upload editor to finalize the size.

·         Save images in jpg/jpeg format.

Uploading Procedure:

·         Click on the respective link for a Photograph, signature, thumb impression, or declaration.

·         Browse and select the location of the scanned file.

·         Click ‘Open/Upload’ to complete the process.

·         Ensure your online application is registered by uploading the specified Photograph, signature, thumb impression, and hand-written declaration.

·         Candidates must produce a valid call letter, and photo-identity proof (original and photocopy) at the time of examinations and Regional Language Test.

·        The company’s decision on examination-related issues is final. Candidates not agreeing to changes may lose their candidature.

·        The company’s decision on all recruitment matters is binding. No correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained.

·         Scores across multiple sessions will be equated. Any irregularities detected may lead to disqualification.

·         Sharing responses or obtaining non-genuine scores will result in candidate disqualification.

·         Incorrect information or process violation leads to disqualification, even retrospectively.

·         Requests for exam venue/date changes will not be entertained.

·         Ensure eligibility, and provide correct information. Falsification results in cancellation, even post-appointment.

·         Apply well before the closing date to avoid potential issues with website access.

·        The company is not responsible for late submissions due to any reason.

·         Keep email and mobile number active for updates during the recruitment process.
