List of Documents for Personal Interview:

1.       Candidates are required to submit the following documents, both in original and with self-attested photocopies, during the Personal Interview. Failure to provide these documents may result in the candidate being disqualified from the interview process. The necessary documents include:

2.       Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter.

3.       Valid system-generated printouts of the online application form.

4.       Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authority or SSLC/Std. X Certificate with DOB).

5.       Photo Identify Proof and Address Proof (Officially Valid Documents).

6.       Relevant documents supporting Educational Qualification: Individual Semester-wise/Year-wise Mark sheets & Certificates, including the final degree/diploma certificate.

7.       A document from the University/College/Institute declaring the result on or before 25.02.2024.

8.       Course Completion Certificate for Certifications where the result has been declared on or before 25.02.2024, valid as of 25.02.2024.

9.       Income and Asset Certificate (valid on the date of registration) issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format for EWSs (Economically Weaker Sections) category candidates.

10.   Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, strictly following the prescribed format by the Government of India for SC/ST/OBC category candidates. The caste name should match the Central Government list/notification.

11.   For OBC candidates, the caste certificate must include a clause confirming non-belonging to the creamy layer, valid as of the interview date if called for.

12.   Disability certificate in the prescribed format by the District Medical Board for Persons with Benchmark Disability. If a candidate used a Scribe during the online examination, the details of the scribe should be provided in the prescribed format.

13.   Ex-Servicemen candidates must produce a copy of the Service or Discharge Book along with the Pension Payment Order and documentary proof of the last/present rank at the time of the interview. Those still in defense service should submit a certificate from a competent authority stating they will be relieved from defense services by 24.02.2025.

14.   Candidates currently employed in Government/Quasi-Government Offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) need a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer during the interview.

15.   Persons eligible for age relaxation under 2.4 (v) must present a certificate from the District Magistrate confirming eligibility for relief as per the Rehabilitation Package for 1984 Riot Affected Persons sanctioned by the Government (Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007).

16.   Persons in categories (ii), (iii), (iv), & (v) of point no. 2.1 should provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

17.    Relevant documents supporting the declared work experience, including appointment letter, salary slip, relieving letter, etc. (wherever applicable).

18.   Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility.

Note:

1.       Candidates failing to produce the required documents may be disqualified from the interview. Non-submission of necessary eligibility documents upon the Bank’s request will render the candidate ineligible for further recruitment proceedings.

2.       The prescribed format for certificates required from candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD) is provided with the advertisement and is available on www.pnbindia.in under Recruitments/Careers.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online: Before applying, ensure you have scanned copies of your photograph, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, age proof, caste/disability certificate, educational qualifications, certifications, and work experience documents.

Procedure for Applying Online:
  1. Visit www.pnbindia.in to apply online.
  2. Have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile Number active throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to enter basic information. Note down the provisional registration number and password provided.
  4. Save data if unable to fill the form in one go. Modify details before final submission.
  5. Use ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ to verify and modify details before submission. No changes are allowed after hitting ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION.’
  6. Correct spelling of the name and other details as per certificates. Any alteration may disqualify.
  7. Email/SMS with registration details will be sent on successful registration. If not received, consider the application not registered.
  8. Incomplete applications without proper documents or unsuccessful fee payments will be invalid.

  1. Payment of fees/intimation charges is through ONLINE mode only.
  2. Integrated payment gateway with options: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, or UPI.
