- For HR Executive, CSR Executive, Business Development Executive, Law Executive, PR Assistant, Rajbhasha Assistant, Library Professional Assistant, and ITI (Electrician): Register at the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal – https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- For Degree/Diploma Engineering Apprentices (Electrical/Civil): Register at the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal – https://nats.education.gov.in.
- After registration, candidates should complete or update their profile by uploading all the required documents (educational certificates, ID proof, etc.).
Step 2 – Apply Online through POWERGRID
- After successful registration on NAPS/NATS, candidates must apply online through the official POWERGRID website: www.powergrid.in.

- Applicants must be Indian citizens and at least 18 years of age on the date of application.
