HOW TO APPLY: DETAILED GUIDELINES

A. APPLICATION REGISTRATION

1.       Visit www.rcfltd.com and click on “APPLY ONLINE” to initiate the application process.

2.       Choose “Click here for New Registration” and provide your Name, Contact details, and Email. The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which should be noted down. An Email & SMS containing this information will also be sent.

3.       Use the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab if unable to complete the form in one go. Before final submission, utilize the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to review and modify the details if needed. Visually Impaired candidates should carefully fill and verify the form before submission.

4.       Carefully fill in and verify the details as changes won’t be possible after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

5.       Ensure correct spelling of names as per Certificates/Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change may disqualify the candidature.

6.       Validate and Save your application using the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ buttons.

7.       Proceed to upload the Photo & Signature per specified Guidelines for Scanning and Upload detailed under point “C”.

8.       Fill in other details of the Application Form.

9.       Preview the entire form using the Preview Tab before ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION.’

10.   Click ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ after verifying that all details, including the uploaded photograph and signature, are correct.

11.   Go to the ‘Payment’ Tab and complete the payment process.

12.   Click ‘Submit’ to finalize the application.

B. PAYMENT OF FEES

·         Follow the payment process as instructed on the ‘Payment’ Tab.

C. DOCUMENT SCAN AND UPLOAD

1.       During the Online Application Form filling, separate links will be provided for uploading Photographs, Signatures, left thumb impressions, and handwritten declarations.

2.       Click on the respective link and select the location where the scanned files are saved.

3.       Open/Upload the files. If the size/format is incorrect, an error message will be displayed.

4.       Preview the uploaded image for clarity. Re-upload if necessary for better quality.

5.       Ensure successful uploading of Photograph, Signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration for your application to be registered.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

a.    Eligibility Verification:

Candidates are urged to thoroughly review the advertisement and confirm their eligibility prior to application submission.

b. Name on Matriculation Certificate:

Applicants should mention their full name as per the matriculation school certificate. Proof of age requires a certificate issued by a Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation.

c. Qualification Claims:

Candidates must possess qualifications as specified in the advertisement; no claims of equivalent qualifications will be entertained.

d. CGPA/OGPA/SGPA Conversion:

For degrees with CGPA/OGPA/SGPA, equivalent percentage marks must be indicated. Candidates must provide conversion norms or details at the time of the interview.

e. Discipline Name:

The advertised discipline must match the qualifying educational certificate.

f. Final Year Eligibility:

Candidates in their final year of Graduation/Post-graduation are not eligible for the Management Trainee position.

g. Higher Qualifications:

Possessing higher qualifications than prescribed will not yield additional benefits in the later stages of the service period.

h. Employment Verification:

Candidates employed in government sectors must forward applications through proper channels or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview.

i. Age and Qualification Criteria:

Meeting the age limit and minimum educational qualifications doesn’t guarantee participation. RCF’s decision on eligibility is final.

j. Finality of Online Submission:

Details submitted online are final. Changes won’t be entertained, and a valid email ID is crucial for communication.

l. Provisional Candidature:

All applications are provisional, and subject to certificate/testimonial verification.

m. Selection Process Updates:

Names of shortlisted candidates will be on www.rcfltd.com under “HR→RECRUITMENT.” Regularly check for updates.

n. Communication Timeline:

If no communication is received within 90 days, consider non-selection. Regularly visit www.rcfltd.com for updates.

o. Eligibility Verification:

Mere admission doesn’t imply satisfaction with eligibility. False declarations render candidates ineligible.

p. Recruitment Process Modification:

RCF reserves the right to modify the recruitment process without notice. Updates will be on www.rcfltd.com.

r. Qualification Dispute Resolution:

RCF Management’s decision on qualification admissibility is final.

s. Jurisdiction:

Disputes’ jurisdiction is in Mumbai only.

t. Language Interpretation:

In case of interpretation ambiguity, the English version on www.rcfltd.com prevails.

u. Document Retention:

Retain Pay in e-receipt and Registration Slip for future reference.

v. FAQs for Clarifications:

Visit the online application website FAQs section for queries.

w. Test Administration Issues:

Efforts will be made to rectify problems. Candidates not willing to comply may be rejected.

x. RCF’s Final Decision:

RCF’s decisions in recruitment matters are binding, and no personal inquiries will be entertained.

y. Disqualification for Misinformation:

Providing incorrect information leads to disqualification from the current and future RCF recruitment processes.
