Alternatively, · Candidates with a graduate degree in any subject from a recognized University must hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) or have completed an ‘A’ Level course from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC). Additionally, ·  Eligibility extends to those with a Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or ·  A 3-year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Applications/Information Technology, or ·  An equivalent qualification from a Polytechnic Institution recognized by the Government. |

Examination Pattern:1. Part A and Part B will consist of 80 and 20 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. 2.       The written test will utilize an OMR answer sheet for evaluation. 3.       There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in the written test. 4.       The marks obtained in the written test will be considered in the final selection process. Based on the marks secured in the Written Test and Typewriting Test on the Computer, candidates who achieve 40% marks (for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and persons with Benchmark Disabilities) and 45% marks (for other categories) in both tests and 45% in aggregate, up to three times the total number of vacancies (category-wise) will be deemed qualified for the interview. In case of candidates securing the same percentage of marks, all will be included in the qualified range. 5.      The final result will be determined by the total marks obtained in the Written Test, Typewriting Test on the Computer, and the interview. Candidates securing equal aggregate marks in all three components, the merit will first be established based on higher marks in the Typewriting Test on Computer. If candidates still have equal marks in this component, the merit will be decided by age, with the older candidate being given a higher place in the merit list. |
