1.       Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

3.       Upon submission, a “Registration No.” will be generated, which must be noted for future communication.

4.       Candidates must correctly enter and retain details of their identity proof, which will be required later.

5.       After filling in the application, candidates must submit it and retain a copy for future reference.

6.       A printed and signed copy of the online application, along with self-attested copies of required documents, must be submitted during document verification. Documents include:

o    Resume/CV

o    Recent passport-size photo

o    High School certificate (DOB proof)

o    Academic & Professional certificates

o    EWS/SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)

o    Identity & Address proof

o    PAN card

o    Experience certificates (if applicable)

7.       Experience certificates from previous employers must be submitted during document verification. For current employment, candidates must provide salary slips, Form 16, or similar proof.

8.       For salary proof, candidates must submit Form 16, salary slips, or an appraisal letter.

9.       Community certificates (SC/ST/OBC) must follow the Govt. of India format, and OBC certificates should not be older than 12 months.

1.       Applications will be screened for eligibility, and candidates may be shortlisted for selection.

2.       The company reserves the right to limit the number of shortlisted candidates.

3.       Selection will be based entirely on an interview, with the following weightage:

o    Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%

o    Personality, Communication & Competency: 35%

4.       Minimum qualifying marks in the interview:

o    UR/EWS: 60%

o    SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD (reserved posts): 50%

o    No qualifying marks in aggregate.

5.       Appointment is subject to medical fitness as per RITES Rules & Standards.

6.       Candidates must provide verified copies of educational qualifications and experience at the required stage.

7.       Candidates can choose to appear for the interview in Hindi or English.

8.       The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on performance and mutual consent.
