  1. Read Instructions:
    Carefully read all instructions before filling out the ONLINE application to avoid mistakes.
  2. Create an Account:
    • Use the official RRB website listed in Para 21.0 (A).
    • Have an active mobile number and valid email ID for OTPs.
    • Details in ‘Create an Account’ cannot be changed later.
    • If you already have an account for CENs notified in 2024, use the same credentials and upload the latest signature.
  3. Prepare scanned documents:
    • Passport Photo:
      • JPEG format, size: 50–100 KB, 35mm x 45mm (320 x 240 pixels), clear face, no glasses, cap, or shadows.
      • Must match with the photo during exams and verification.
    • Signature:
      • Black ink on white paper, JPEG format, size: 30–50 KB, 50mm x 20mm (140 x 60 pixels).
      • Running handwriting only, no block letters.
    • Other Documents (if applicable):
      • SC/ST Certificate in PDF format (up to 500 KB).
      • PwBD candidates: Upload a passport-sized photo (not full body).
      • Scribe details (for eligible PwBD candidates): Passport photo of the scribe (50–100 KB).
  1. Use Common Services Centres (CSC):
    • For assistance, locate your nearest CSC at Find My CSC.
  2. Fill out an online application:
    • Provide personal details, fee payment info, and preference for posts and railways carefully.
    • Recheck before submission, as no changes can be made later.
  3. Pay the examination fee:
    • Ensure the payment is made before the deadline as per Paragraph 7.1.
    • Confirmation will be sent via email and SMS after successful payment.
  4. General Guidelines:
    • Keep your mobile number and email ID active for updates.
    • Medium of CBT examination: Choose from English, Hindi, or 13 regional languages.
  5. Aadhaar & Digilocker:
    • Aadhaar verification ensures smooth entry to exam centers.
    • Consent for Digilocker allows e-call letter retrieval.
  6. Important Notes:
    • Use only genuine websites for payment.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS of RRB Posts Level 1 to 7 Recruitment 2024:

  1. Application Mode: Candidates must apply only through ONLINE mode via the official RRB websites. Multiple applications will lead to rejection and debarment.
  2. Stages of Recruitment:
    • Computer Based Tests (CBT)
    • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
    • Document Verification (DV)
    • Medical Examination (ME)

General Instructions for RRB Posts Level 1 to 7 Recruitment 2024:

  1. Eligibility & Admission
    • Admission is provisional, subject to fulfilling eligibility conditions.
    • Photographs/ signatures must meet prescribed standards; non- compliance leads to rejection.
    • E-call letters do not confirm candidature; credentials will be verified during the recruitment stages.
  2. Document Verification
    • Original documents are verified after qualifying all stages.
    • Discrepancies in documents or false information lead to cancellation of candidature.
  3. Eligibility Criteria for RRB Posts Level 1 to 7 Recruitment 2024
    • Candidates must meet age, qualification, and medical standards.
    • Awaiting results disqualifies applicants.
  4. Multiple Applications
    • Submitting multiple applications leads to rejection and debarment from future exams.
  5. Personal Details
    • Enter details as per SSLC/ Matriculation/ SSC certificates.

  12. Service Terms
    • Newly appointed candidates may not request transfers for 5-10 years.
  13. Territorial Army Liability
    • Selected candidates may serve in the Railway Engineers’ Territorial Army Unit.
  14. Free Travel for SC/ST
    • SC/ST candidates may avail of free sleeper-class travel with proper documentation. Misuse will result in legal consequences.
  15. Policy Changes
    • RRBs/RRCs may modify recruitment terms as required.
  16. Score Sharing
    • Candidates may consent to share exam scores with other organizations for recruitment.
