Pre-requisites: o Valid email ID and mobile number (active until results). 5. Filling the Online Application: o Scan and upload the following: § Photograph § Signature § Left-hand thumb impression (or right-hand if the left thumb is unavailable). § Handwritten declaration § SBI Apprenticeship Certificate (if applicable). o Handwritten declaration text: “I, [Name], Date of Birth [DD/ MM/ YYYY], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left thumb impression are mine.” 6. Steps to Fill the Form: 7. | Selection Procedure 1. Selection Stages: o Phase I: Preliminary Examination (Online). o Phase II: Main Examination (Online). o Test of specified opted local language (if applicable). 2. Phase I: Preliminary Exam: o Structure: Objective test with 100 marks (1-hour duration). o Sections:
o Key Points: § Separate timing for each section. § Negative marking: 1/4th of marks deducted for each wrong answer. § No minimum qualifying marks for individual tests or aggregate. 3. Phase II: Main Exam: o Structure: Objective test with 200 marks (2 hours 40 minutes). o Sections:
o Key Points: § Separate timing for each section. § Negative marking: 1/4th of marks deducted for each wrong answer. § Minimum qualifying marks: Aggregate marks are required, with a 5% relaxation for reserved categories. 4. Weightage for SBI Apprentices: o 2.5% bonus marks (up to 5 out of 200) for successful SBI apprentices. 5. Final Merit List: o Prepared state-wise and category-wise based on aggregate marks in Phase II (Main Exam). o Preliminary Exam marks will not be considered for the final merit list. 6. Final Selection: o Based on Main Exam performance. o Subject to eligibility verification and qualification in the opted local language test (if applicable). 7.
