  3. Register yourself with a valid email ID and mobile number.
  4. Fill in the online application form carefully with correct details.

The SBI SCO 2025 recruitment will be conducted in two stages:

  1. Shortlisting:
    1. Based on educational qualifications, work experience, and certifications.
    1. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection for an interview.
  2. Interview:
    1. 100 Marks weightage.
    1. Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
  3. Final Merit List:
    1. Prepared only on the basis of interview scores.
    1. In case of a tie, the candidate older in age will be given preference.

  • Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Only online applications through SBI’s official website are valid.
  • Multiple applications will lead to cancellation; only the last valid application will be considered.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview (except reimbursement as per SBI norms for eligible candidates).
  • CIBIL defaulters or candidates with adverse credit histories will not be eligible unless they regularize dues before joining.
  • SBI reserves the right to modify/cancel the recruitment at any stage without notice.
  • Selected candidates will be on probation as per Bank rules and may be posted anywhere in India.

Can I apply for both the Manager (Credit Analyst) and Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms) posts?

No. Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post. Multiple applications will be rejected.

Is an MBA required for the Credit Analyst position?

Yes. Candidates must have an MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance) or professional qualifications like CA/CFA/ICWA.

What is the selection mode for these posts?

Selection will be based solely on shortlisting and interview only. There will be no written exam.
