General Instructions: SCI Junior Court Assistant Job 2025

1.       Candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Admission to all stages (Written/ Typing/ Computer Tests & Interviews) is provisional, subject to document verification at the interview stage. Non-fulfillment of eligibility conditions will lead to disqualification.

2.       Candidates must upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, and required documents while submitting the online application. Details in the application must be accurate, as modifications or withdrawals are not allowed.

3.       Applicants must fill in the required details and pay the application fee online as per the given instructions.

4. candidates can preview and print their applications for reference after submission— no need to send a hard copy to the registry.

5.       The application number must be retained for downloading the admit card and future reference.

6.       Regularly check the Supreme Court of India (SCI) website for updates on the recruitment process.

7.       If multiple applications are submitted, only the latest one will be considered. Requests to accept previous applications will not be entertained.

8.       Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Incorrect payment categories (General/ OBC paying reserved category fee) will not be considered.

9.       Name and Date of Birth must match the 10th Board Certificate. Any name change must be supported by a gazette notification and verified at the interview stage.

10.   Misconduct Penalty: Candidates involved in impersonation, submission of false documents, or misrepresentation will face legal action and disqualification.

11.   No request for a category change in the application will be entertained.

12.   Non-compliant applications will be rejected without further notice.

13.   Differently-abled candidates will receive the same concessions as per SSC/ UPSC guidelines in Written & Typing Tests.

14.   No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests/ interviews.

15.   Admit cards will not be sent by post; candidates must download them from the SCI website.

16.   Exam dates (Objective Test, Typing Test, Descriptive Test, and Interview) will be announced on the SCI website and communicated via SMS & email. Ensure the registered email and mobile number remain active.

17.   Candidates working in Govt./ PSUs/ Banks must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview.

18.   The Registry reserves the right to shortlist, modify, or cancel the recruitment process as deemed necessary.

19.   Jurisdiction for disputes: Delhi.
