⚙️ Selection Process: SGPGI Lucknow Recruitment 2025

1. CRT (Common Recruitment Test):
   • Computer-Based in English (except Group D)
   • Objective type with 50% (UR/EWS/OBC) and 45% (SC/ST) qualifying marks
   • Normalization is applied if exams are held in shifts
2. Skill/Technical Test (for select posts like Steno, Assistant):
   • Candidates 3x the vacancy count shortlisted post-CRT
   • Qualifying in nature (not added to final score)
3. Final Selection:
   • Based solely on CRT merit, subject to document verification
   • Tie-breaker: Date of Birth > Fewer wrong answers > Core Subject Marks > Application No.
