| 1.      One-Time Registration & Application
o   Part-I: One-Time Registration o Part II: Online Application Form 2.      Read Instructions o   Carefully read the Examination Notice before filling in the Registration and Application Forms for SSC CAPFs Constable Recruitment 2025. 3.      Documents Required o   Mobile number (OTP verified) o   Email ID (OTP verified) o   Aadhaar or alternate ID (Voter ID, PAN, Passport, Driving License, etc.) o   Matriculation (10th) details: Board, Roll Number, Year o   Disability Certificate (if applicable) 4.      Registration Process o   Go to the ‘Register Now’ link at https://ssc.gov.in o   Fill in personal details, create a password, and submit a declaration. 5.      Step-by-Step Registration o   Enter your Aadhaar or alternate ID number. o   Provide name, gender, date of birth, and parent details as per the Matriculation certificate. o   Fill in the Matriculation Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing. o   Add your highest educational qualification. o   Provide your mobile number and email (both OTP verified). o   Save details, receive your Registration Number and Password via mobile and email. 6.      Login & Complete Registration o   Log in using the registration number and auto-generated password. o   Change the password on the first login. o   Re-login, edit the basic details if required, and proceed to fill in: 7.      Final Submission o   Review details before final submission. o   Confirm by entering OTP (received via mobile or email). o   Complete registration within 14 days or data will be deleted. 8.      Caution o   Fill in your name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, and Matriculation details exactly as per the Matriculation certificate to avoid cancellation. |

| 1.      Prepare Before Filling the Application form for SSC CAPFs Constable Recruitment 2025
o   No pre-existing photograph is required. The app will capture your live photo. o   Follow the instructions for taking the photo: o   For those unable to capture photos, use the QR code for the mobile app to capture it. o   Scanned signature in JPEG format (10-20 KB) with specific dimensions (6.0 cm x 2.0 cm) and resolution (300 DPI). o   Provide educational qualification details such as year, roll number, percentage/CGPA, and university. 2.      Login to System o   Use ‘Registration Number’ and Password to log in. o   Select ‘Apply’ for the relevant job post in the ‘Latest Notifications’ tab. 3.      Auto-filled Details o   Data from One-Time Registration will autofill (S. No. 1-18). o   To modify, use the ‘Modify Registration’ option before proceeding. 4.      Education Details o   Indicate the highest qualification and details like passing year, board, roll number, percentage, and CGPA. 5.      Ex-Servicemen Details o   For ESM, provide the date of joining/discharge, length of service, and other relevant details. 6.      Age Relaxation o   Select ‘Yes’ for age relaxation and provide the appropriate code. 7.      Personal Information o   Opt to share personal data for job opportunities per DoP&T guidelines. 8.      Examination Centre o   Choose exam centers in order of preference from the same region. 9.      Medium of Examination o   Select and verify the medium for the Computer-Based Examination. 10.  NCC Certificate o   Indicate ‘Yes’ if you hold an NCC Certificate and provide details. 11.  Sports Participation o   Indicate participation in national/international/state-level sports events and provide the certificate details. 12.  Domicile Details o   Provide state/UT and district of domicile and ensure matching information for verification. 13.  Migration Details o   Indicate migration from the state of origin and decide on availing reservation benefits accordingly. 14.  Militancy/Naxal-Affected Districts o   Information will auto-fill from the relevant annexure. 15.  Border Districts o   Information will auto-fill from the relevant annexure. 16.  CAPF Preference o   Provide preferences for CAPF/Organizations (mandatory to fill all eight options). 17.  Upload Photograph & Signature o   Follow the guidelines for uploading a live photograph and signature.
