Step-I: Registration

2. Verify Mobile Number using the OTP received.
3. Agree to the terms & conditions and click Submit.
4. Upon submission, candidates will receive an Application Sequence No. (User ID) & Password via Mobile Number.

Step-II: Qualification Details

1. Log in and fill in Qualification Details, Test City Preference, and Declaration.

Selection Process: THDCIL Junior Officer Trainee Job 2025

1.       Selection Criteria: Based on performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) (100% weightage).

2.       Computer-Based Test Details:

o    Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours)

o    Medium: English and Hindi

o    Total Marks & Questions: 200 Marks / 200 Questions

§  Part I: 30 MCQs – General Awareness

§  Part II: 30 MCQs – Reasoning

§  Part III: 140 MCQs – Concerned Discipline

3.       Marking Scheme:

o    Correct Answer: +1 mark

o    Wrong Answer: -0.25 marks

o    Unattempted Questions: No marks awarded/deducted

4.       Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT:

o    UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): 50% of total marks

o    SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen: 40% of total marks (wherever the vacancy is reserved for the respective category)

5.       Empanelment & Appointment:

o    Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to be considered for empanelment.

o    Appointment will be based on merit, vacancy availability, medical fitness, and document verification.

6.       Management Rights:

o    THDC reserves the right to raise eligibility criteria and/or conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates for CBT.

General Information: THDCIL Junior Officer Trainee Job 2025

2.       Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility criteria; failure to do so may lead to disqualification.

3.       Qualifications must be Full-Time & Regular from a recognized Indian university/ institute.

4.       Age and experience will be computed as of 12.02.2025.

5.       Candidates must have valid registration with an Employment Exchange in specified states.

6.       Any false information or non-fulfillment of criteria will result in automatic disqualification.

7.       Applying does not guarantee an interview or selection.

8.       Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

9.       Candidates must furnish valid category certificates; age relaxation applies as per government norms.
