How to Apply: UBI Apprentice Recruitment 2025

1. Apply Online Only – No other mode of application will be accepted.
2. Pre-requisites:
   • A valid email ID and mobile number (active till result declaration).
3. Registration on NATS Portal:
   • Candidates must register at NATS Portal (only for graduates on or after 1st April 2021).
4. Facing Issues in Registration?
   • Refer to the help manual.
5. Remember Login Credentials:
   • Keep your NATS portal login ID and password safe for future use.
6. Application Submission:
   • Login to NATS portal → Apply for Union Bank of India Apprentice Advertisement under “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies”
7. Save Enrolment ID:
   • The ID issued by NATS is required for future correspondence.
8. Email from BFSI SSC:
   • After applying, candidates will receive an email from [email protected] to submit category details and pay the exam fee.
9. Payment of Fees:
   • Pay online via debit card/credit card/internet banking/UPI (transaction charges apply).
10. E-Receipt Generation:

• After successful payment, an e-receipt will be sent to the registered email.

11. Failed Transaction?

• Retry the payment process using the email received from [email protected].

Selection Process: UBI Apprentice Recruitment 2025

1. Online Test (Objective Type)(Total Duration: 60 minutes, 100 Marks)
   • General/Financial Awareness – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
   • General English – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
   • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
   • Computer Knowledge – 25 Questions (25 Marks)
2. Knowledge & Test of Local Language
   • Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the applied state.
   • Proof required: 10th/12th mark sheet or a local language test during document verification.
   • Candidates not proficient will be disqualified.
3. Wait List
   • The bank may release a waitlist in case of non-acceptance or non-reporting by selected candidates.
4. Medical Examination
   • Selected candidates must submit a medically fit certificate from an MBBS doctor.

Important Instructions: UBI Apprentice Recruitment 2025

1. Apprenticeship Restrictions:
   • Candidates must not have previously undergone or be currently pursuing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
   • Those with one year or more of job experience after attaining educational qualifications are not eligible.
2. Employment Disclaimer:
   • Apprenticeship does not guarantee employment with Union Bank of India.
   • After completion, candidates will be relieved from training.
3. Selection & Eligibility Decisions:
   • The Bank’s decision is final regarding eligibility, selection, and cancellation of the recruitment process.
   • No claims will be entertained if seats remain vacant due to unsuitability or insufficient applicants.
4. Application & Submission Rules:
   • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
   • Candidates should ensure eligibility before applying, as eligibility is verified only at the document verification stage.
