·        Make the required fee payment. ·        Scan and upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per the specifications provided. ·        Candidates are allowed to apply exclusively through the online mode, and no other method of application submission will be accepted. 2.      Important Points to Note Before Registration: Before initiating the online application, candidates must: ·        Scan and upload the photograph, signature, and left thumb impression following the specified guidelines. ·        Possess a valid personal email ID and active mobile number throughout the recruitment process for communication purposes. ·        Hold a valid ID proof, such as a PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Permanent Driving Licence, Voter’s Card, etc. 3.      Application Fees/Intimation Charges (Non-Refundable):
4.      Application Procedure: ·        Visit the Bank’s website and navigate to the ‘Recruitments’ page. Click on ‘Click to View the Current Recruitment’ and then select “Union Bank Recruitment Project 2024-25 (Specialist Officers).” Click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” to access the online application form. ·        Register by clicking “Click here for New Registration” and provide your Name, Contact details, and Email. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated, and candidates should note them down. An email and SMS will also be sent with the registration details. ·        Save the entered data by choosing the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab if unable to complete the form in one go. Before submission, use the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to verify and modify details if necessary. ·        Carefully fill and verify the application details, as changes cannot be made after clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.” ·        Ensure correct spelling of the candidate’s name or their Father/Husband details, matching the certificates/mark sheets/identity proof. ·         Validate and save the application using the “Validate your details” and “Save & Next” buttons. ·        Proceed to upload the photo and signature as per the provided guidelines in Annexure-I. ·        Fill in the remaining application details. ·        Preview the application form by clicking the Preview Tab before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.” ·        Modify details if needed and click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” after ensuring the correctness of the uploaded photo, signature, and thumb impression. ·        Proceed to the “Payment” Tab and complete the payment process. ·        Finally, click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application. |

General Instructions:1.      Candidates must apply online through the Bank’s official website. No other methods of application will be accepted. 2.      Call letters for Online Examination/Group Discussion/Personal Interview can be downloaded from the Bank’s website under “Recruitments” > “Careers Overview.” The shortlisted applicants for the Personal Interview will also be published on the Bank’s website. 3.      Shortlisted candidates will receive email and SMS notifications. The candidate must check their status on the Bank’s website regularly, and the Bank will not be held accountable for communication delays or failures. 4.      The use of calculators, phones, pagers, or any electronic devices is prohibited during the examination or interview. 5.      The provided email address and communication address in the application form will be considered valid for all communications. 6.      Intimations will be sent via email/SMS only to the registered email ID and mobile number. 7.      Applicants are advised to keep their contact details updated on the Bank’s website to ensure timely communication. 8.      During the Personal Interview, applicants must produce the System Generated Application Form and original documents for verification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. 9.      Applicants claiming age relaxation under Persons with Disabilities must submit a clear copy of the Disability certificate in the prescribed format attached as Annexure-V. 10.   SC/ST applicants must submit a copy of their Caste Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-III). 11.  OBC applicants should submit an OBC Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-IV). Creamy layer status and caste details must align with the Central List. 12.  EWS Category applicants must provide an Income & Asset Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-VII). 13.  Government/PSU employees should submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer. 14.  Ensure consistent signatures across all documents. 15.  Retain copies of uploaded photographs and avoid altering their appearance during the recruitment process. 16.  Applicants bear the cost and risk of appearing for the examination/interview at the allotted centers. 17.  Track application status on the Bank’s website; avoid personal inquiries. 18.  Selected candidates presently employed must provide a valid discharge certificate/relieving letter from their current employer before joining the Bank. 19.  Appointment is subject to completion of pre-recruitment formalities, medical examination, and submission of required documents. 20.  Selected candidates may undergo background checks, police verification, and other verifications. 21.  The Bank reserves the right to reject applications and its decisions on eligibility, selection, and other matters are final. 22.  Any form of canvassing will result in disqualification. 23.  The Bank reserves the right to alter eligibility criteria and terms mentioned in the notification. 24.  The Bank may cancel the entire process or any notified vacancies at any stage. 25.  In case of dispute, the English version of the notification will prevail. 26.  Candidates must disclose details of pending criminal cases at the time of interview or appointment.
