UCO Bank Apprentice 2024-25: General Information 

1. Eligibility and Compliance: Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria and terms before applying. Carefully read the advertisement and follow the instructions for application submission.
2. Marks and CGPA Conversion: Indicate your percentage to the nearest two decimals. If your university uses CGPA/OGPA, convert it to a percentage and provide the conversion certificate during document verification.
3. Changes to Terms: UCO Bank reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria or other terms and conditions, including selection methods.
4. Communication: Call letters and other communications will be sent via email. Keep your email ID active.
5. Document Verification: Produce original certificates for education, age, category, etc., during document verification. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your candidature.
6. Bank’s Discretion: UCO Bank’s decisions on eligibility, application acceptance, selection methods, and other related matters are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
7. Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC candidates must submit caste certificates in the prescribed format during document verification.
8. EWS Reservation: EWS candidates must provide an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ for the relevant financial year (2024–25) from a competent authority.
9. Disability Certificate: PwBD candidates must submit a disability certificate in the prescribed format from a competent authority.
10. Ex-Servicemen: There is no engagement for ex-servicemen or disabled ex-servicemen, and no reservation is available for them in this apprenticeship.
11. Seat Allocation: The filling of seats is at the sole discretion of UCO Bank. No claims will arise if seats remain unfilled due to unsuitability or insufficient candidates.
12. Travel Expenses: Candidates are responsible for their travel and expenses for interviews/written tests. UCO Bank will not reimburse these costs.
13. Change Requests: Requests to change contact details, interview/written test centers, etc., will not be entertained.
14. Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidate.
15. Timely Application: Apply online well before the closing date to avoid technical issues. UCO Bank is not responsible for any problems that prevent timely application submission.
16. Notifications: All notifications will be sent via email/SMS to the contact details provided in the application. UCO Bank is not responsible for any missed communications due to changes in contact details or technical faults.
