1. First Stage:
·  Existing O.T.R. Users: If you have an O.T.R. number, select “Yes” and authenticate using your O.T.R. number and OTP or password. Your details will be auto-filled. Fill in the required qualifications. ·   New Users: If you don’t have an O.T.R. number, select “No” and obtain the O.T.R. number from the Commission’s portal. Then proceed with the application as instructed for existing users. 2. Second Stage: ·  The “Applicant Dashboard” will appear. Click on “Submit Details” under “Application Part-2.” Your permanent and correspondence address along with the application form will be displayed. Select “Yes” or “No” for each preferential qualification based on your eligibility. 3. Third Stage: ·  The “Fee Confirmation Window” will appear. Choose a payment method (Net Banking, Card Payments, or Other Payment Modes) via the “SBI MOPS” page. After successful payment, print the “Payment Transaction Slip.” If payment fails, login to the “Candidate Dashboard” and complete the payment process. 4. Final Notification: ·  The date and venue of the examination will be communicated through e-Admission certificates. |

1. Deadline Compliance: Applications will not be accepted after the last prescribed date and time. Incomplete applications may be rejected.
2. Online Application: Ensure all required information is filled in and submitted before the deadline. Keep a printed copy for future reference. 3. Reservation and Age Relaxation: Obtain and submit the relevant certificate if applying under reserved categories. Only one reservation or age relaxation benefit will be granted. 4. Eligibility: Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement before applying. 5. Freedom Fighter Dependents: Only specific relatives of freedom fighters are eligible for reservations. Obtain the required certificate from the District Magistrate. 6. Application Assistance: For issues with the online application, contact the Commission through the provided ‘Mail Box.’ 7. Caste Certificate and Syllabus: Refer to Appendix 1 for caste certificates, Appendix 2 for the exam syllabus, and Appendix 3 for service rules. 8. Declaration: Carefully review and agree to the Declaration to submit your application. Disagreement will terminate the application process. 9. Notification Details: Review notification information, including number, selection type, department, and post name. 10. Personal and Educational Details: Review your personal and educational details as per your OTR before submission. 11. Final Submission: Preview all details before final submission. After submitting, print the confirmation page for your records. |
