·         Master’s Degree in Computer Application / Computer Science, OR BE / B.Tech Degree in Computer Science / Computer Technology, OR

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application / Computer Science / Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 2 years of experience, OR

·         A-Level Diploma OR Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application with 3 years of experience.

·         Pay Scale: Rs. 44900-142400/-

·         Age limit: Maximum 30 Years.

1.       Online Application: Apply online only via https://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications through other modes will not be accepted.

2.       Document Upload:

·         Upload documents supporting claims (e.g., Date of Birth, Experience) in PDF format (max. 1 MB per module, 2 MB for “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT”).

·         Scan documents at 200 dpi in grayscale for legibility.

3.       Required Documents:

·         Date of Birth Proof: 10th Standard certificate or equivalent.

·         Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma certificate or provisional certificate with all mark sheets.

·         Equivalent Qualifications: If applicable, provide an official order indicating equivalency.

·         Experience Certificate: Issued by the organization, showing employment duration, pay, and duties.

·         Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC, issued by the competent authority.

·         OBC Declaration: For non-creamy layer candidates, in the prescribed format.

·         Disability Certificate: For PwBD, issued by a government-constituted Medical Board.

·         Other Claims: Provide supporting documents for any other claims made.

4.       Note on Language: If any document is in a language other than Hindi or English, an attested translation must be uploaded.

5.       Email Communication: Ensure a correct and active email is provided, as all updates, including interview schedules, will be sent via email.

6.       Multiple Posts: Submit separate applications and fees for each post if applying for multiple positions.

7.       Print Application: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.

8.       Submission Guidelines: Only one application per post is allowed. In case of multiple applications, only the latest one with the highest “Application Number” will be considered.

9.       Apply Early: Submit applications well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

1.       Application Submission:

·         All candidates, including those in government or private sectors, should apply online directly to the Commission.

·         Regular government employees must inform their Head of Department in writing about their application.

2.       Eligibility Date:

·         Eligibility will be determined as of the application closing date on https://www.upsconline.nic.in.

3.       Equivalent Qualifications:

·         If claiming an equivalent qualification, candidates must provide an order/letter from the relevant authority. Without this, the application may be rejected.

4.       Interview Attendance:

·         Candidates must attend interviews at designated locations as required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed at the Second-Class Mail railway fare rate.

5.       Travel Allowance:

·         TA for interviews in Delhi is paid on the spot; for other locations, it will be sent via Money Order or transferred to the candidate’s account (with a canceled cheque submission).

6.       Selection Assurance:

·         Being called for an interview does not guarantee selection. Appointment orders are issued by the Government.

7.       Health Requirement:

·         Candidates must be in good health and may need to undergo a medical examination if selected.

8.       Result Notification:

·         Results will be published on the UPSC website and in Employment News. No interim inquiries regarding results will be entertained.

9.       Higher Initial Pay:

·         Meritorious candidates may be granted a higher starting pay.

10.   No Canvassing:

·         Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification.
