  • Eligibility: Retired Indian Navy Officer with a minimum of 10 years of service
  • Experience: Offshore Oil & Gas, Maritime Security, Liaison with Coast Guard, Coastal Police
  • Skills: Field-level supervision, risk compliance, maritime law
  • Perks: ₹1,50,000/month + ₹1,800/day DA + 20 days paid leave/year

The selection process for Oil India Defence & Security Coordination roles is straightforward and merit-based:

  • Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on eligibility, experience, and relevance to the role.
  • Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interaction with the Selection Committee. This may be conducted online or in person.

    • Domestic tour allowance: ₹2,000/day (Advisor), ₹1,800/day (Consultant)
    • Travel, boarding, lodging, and local conveyance during official tours will be provided
  • Work Integration: Incumbents will work in alignment with regular officers of the Company and follow internal protocols and reporting structures.
