🎓 Educational Qualification
Degree in Law from a recognized university in India.
Must be a practicing Advocate in Civil and/or Criminal Courts for at least 7 continuous years as of the last date of application.
Must possess a certificate of Basic Knowledge of Computer Application/Operation.
Candidates who haven’t studied Gujarati in SSC/HSC must pass the Gujarati Language Proficiency Test.

🧪 Selection Process: Gujarat HC District Judge Post 2025
Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test) – 100 Marks
Gujarati Language Test – 50 Marks (only for candidates without Gujarati in SSC/HSC)
Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type)—Two Papers of 100 Marks each
Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) – 50 Marks
Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the Main Written Examination and Viva-voce Test. Marks from the Preliminary and Gujarati Language Tests will not be considered in the final merit list.
