Role Descriptions
1. Mobile Application Developer (₹40,000/month – 1 post)
This role requires strong programming knowledge in Android, iOS, Flutter, and Java. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications for government citizen services. Applicants must have excellent coding skills, debugging ability, and the capability to integrate APIs and databases.
2. Technical Document Writer (₹30,000/month – 1 post)
The selected candidate will prepare system documentation, API documents, user manuals, and technical reports. The role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise written content. Strong communication and English writing proficiency are mandatory.
3. UI/UX Developer (₹34,000/month – 1 post)
The role involves creating user-friendly digital interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. The candidate should be capable of designing architecture, user flows, and interactive elements to improve citizen experience on government digital platforms.
4. Business Analyst (₹63,000/month – 1 post)
The Business Analyst role is the highest-paying post in this recruitment. It requires candidates with at least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, process modeling, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and risk management. Candidates with an MBA or Master’s in Public Policy are eligible, and certifications in process management will be given preference. The selected professional will analyze workflows, improve system efficiency, and support digital transformation projects in Haryana.
