Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent by the closing date
  • For Delhi Police SI (Male) – Valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle & Car) as of PEMT date

Age Limit

  • 20–25 years as on 01.08.2025 (Born between 02.08.2000 and 01.08.2005)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • OBC: +3 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
    • Departmental Candidates (Delhi Police): Up to 30 years (UR/EWS), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC/ST)
    • Widows/Divorced/Women Judicially Separated: Up to 35 years (UR), 40 years (SC/ST)
  • Cut-Off date for age calculation: 01.08.2025

  • Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) at https://ssc.gov.in or via the mySSC mobile app
  • Aadhaar-based authentication recommended
  • Real-time photograph & scanned signature (JPEG, 10–20 KB)
  • Fill in the online application, verify credentials, submit, and retain a printout for the record
  • Edit/correct details via the Application Correction window. (charges Rs. 200 for the first, Rs. 500 for the second correction)

  • Paper-I: Computer-Based Objective Test (General Intelligence, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension)
  • Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Endurance Test (PET): Mandatory. Relaxations for Ex-Servicemen, female candidates (varied physical norms)
  • Paper-II: Computer-Based Objective Test (English Language & Comprehension)
  • Medical Examination (DME/RME): Must fulfill prescribed medical standards; review if unfit
  • Document Verification: Originals and copies as required
  • Final Selection: Based on merit in Papers I & II, NCC certificate bonus marks, post preferences
  • All India Service Liability: Candidates may be posted anywhere in India

Who is eligible for the CAPF & Delhi Police SI Exam 2025?

Any graduate aged 20–25 years (with age relaxations for specific categories) can apply; departmental candidates and ex-servicemen are also eligible as per specified rules. For Delhi Police SI (Male), a valid LMV driving license is essential.
