NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), a Government of India company under the Department of Space (DoS), has released its Latest Walk-in Selection Notification for 47 Fixed Tenure Positions for the year 2025. Candidates must follow the official application procedure as instructed:

Step 1 – Pre-Registration

  • Scan the QR code provided in the official NSIL advertisement.
  • Complete online registration before 30 November 2025, 6 PM.
  • Applications in any other format (offline/email) will not be accepted.

Step 2 – Prepare Documents

  • Gather all certificates listed in the documents section (self-attested).
  • Convert CGPA to a percentage certificate if applicable.
  • Obtain caste/PwBD/EWS certificates in valid formats.

Step 3 – Attend Walk-in Selection

  • Appear at the designated walk-in center (Ahmedabad/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Trivandrum).
  • The venue is allocated based on the candidate’s location.

Step 4 – Verification

  • Submit documents in the order prescribed.
  • Participate in a personal interview.

Step 5 – Final Selection

  • The final merit list will be based purely on interview performance.
  • Results/updates will be published on the NSIL website.

Candidates must bring the following in original and photocopy sets, arranged in sequence:

  1. Duly filled application form
  2. Two passport-size photographs
  3. SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (DOB proof)
  4. PUC/12th/Diploma mark sheets
  5. Degree/ Diploma certificates (all semesters/consolidated)
  6. Conversion formula (CGPA → %), if applicable
  7. Caste/Community/Disability/EWS certificate
  8. Post-qualification experience certificates (mandatory)
  9. Offer letter, employee ID & latest payslip (if current experience not certified)
  10. No Objection Certificate (NOC) for PSU/Govt employees
  11. Application fee Demand Draft (if applicable)
  12. Government ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
  13. Detailed write-up of experience/role
  14. Translated copy of certificates (if issued in languages other than English/Hindi)
  15. Prior intimation letter (for NSIL employees)

The NSIL recruitment includes the following stages:

1. Pre-Registration

Mandatory for all candidates.

2. Walk-in Selection

  • Only preregistered candidates are allowed.
  • No entry without an application form and documents.
  • Candidates may have to stay for an additional day.

3. Screening

Document verification and eligibility scrutiny.

4. Interview

  • Only one stage of assessment.
  • Final selection is strictly based on merit in the interview.

5. Result

  • Uploaded on the official NSIL website only.

Note: No TA/DA is provided for attending the walk-in selection.


  • Positions are purely temporary with tenure up to 2 years.
  • Only Indian nationals can apply.
  • Ensure eligibility before applying.

Is this a permanent government job?

No. All positions under this notification are purely contractual on a fixed tenure basis tied to specific projects. Tenure may be extended up to 2 years based on performance and project need.

Is pre-registration mandatory for the walk-in selection?

Yes. Only candidates who complete online pre-registration before 30 November 2025 will be allowed to participate in the walk-in interview.

Does NSIL provide any allowances along with the consolidated pay?

Yes. Along with the monthly consolidated pay, candidates receive ₹12,000 per year towards medical and life insurance. Annual increments of 3% of consolidated pay are also provided.
