Selection Process: NALCO Manager Recruitment 2026

- Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightage
- Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
Qualifying Marks

- SC/ST/OBC (NCL) – 40%
- PwBD – 30%
Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio for the interview based on CBT marks.
