2.       Register on the Recruitment & Assessment Cell portal, and fill out the electronic application form.

3.       Submit separate applications for different positions.

4.       Upload a digital passport-size photo and signature (JPEG format, max 50 kb each).

5.       Incomplete applications will be rejected.

7.       Finalize application entries before submission; no changes post-submission.

8.       After submission, proceed to the payment gateway for applicable fees.

9.       Equate pay level for candidates from non-Govt. organizations.

10.   Shortlisting criteria detailed in Annexure-I for Deputy Librarian and Assistant Librarian.

11.   Written test and interaction/presentation for Group ‘A’ positions; Skill test for Group ‘B’ positions.

12.   Gender-specific application for Nursing Officer; transgender candidates can apply for any post.

13.   Shortlisted candidates undergo document verification.

14.   Eligibility alone doesn’t guarantee an interview call.

15.   The University may verify documents during or after the appointment; false information leads to termination.

16.   University reserves the right to withdraw posts, fill vacancies from available candidates, and relax qualifications.

17.   Positions may be filled through direct recruitment or deputation; standard deputation terms apply.

18.   Deputation applicants need to submit APARs, Vigilance Clearance, and NOC.

19.   The University can modify/withdraw/cancel any communication in case of mistakes.
