Job Responsibilities – Advisor (C4I Systems)
The Advisor will act as a domain expert in C4I systems and will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic and technical guidance to in-house R&D and design teams
- Supporting requirements analysis, system conceptualization, and operational validation
- Advising on advanced C4I features such as secure networks and logistics planning
- Offering mentorship to key stakeholders and development teams
- Maintaining liaison with senior officials of the Indian Armed Forces
Terms of Engagement and Remuneration
- Initial Tenure: 1 year
- Extension: Extendable annually up to 3 years or till 65 years of age (whichever is earlier)
- Remuneration: Last drawn basic pay at the time of superannuation
- Increment:
- 5% annual increment for extension
- Additional 5% per year for relevant post-retirement experience (subject to approval)

- Conveyance:
- Company transport provided OR ₹8,000 per month reimbursement
- TA/DA: As applicable to GM/ED grade
