2. Enter the correct data in the relevant columns as required.

3. Guidelines for uploading photos and signatures:

• It is mandatory to upload a recent colored passport-size photograph and signature.
• The photograph must be in JPEG format and less than 1 MB.
• No selfies allowed.
• A clear frontal view of the full face should be visible.
• The background should be plain/white.
• Blurred or any other photos will result in rejection.
• Black-and-white photos are not allowed.
• Signature aspect ratio should be 7:2 (e.g., width 70 pixels and height 20 pixels) and less than 1 MB.

2. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on academic records and/or a written test (if required) for the personal interview.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

4. Communication will be sent exclusively to the shortlisted candidates.

5. The final selection will be based solely on performance in the personal interview.

6. If a candidate claims an equivalent specialization, they must obtain a certificate from their institute/university stating that the specialization is equivalent to the one specified in the advertisement.

7. SAC reserves the right to make the final decision.

8. Interview call letters for shortlisted candidates will be sent only via email.

9. No communication will be made to candidates who are not shortlisted.

2. Application Mode: Applications will be accepted online only. Physical applications will not be considered.

3. Application Fee: There is no application fee for any post.

4. Vacancies: The number of vacancies is provisional and can be increased or decreased depending on the organization’s needs. The organization reserves the right to cancel recruitment at any stage.

5. Online Application: The online recruitment portal will be open from 10:00 AM on 17.09.2024 to 5:30 PM on 07.10.2024. Candidates must apply through the official websites.

6. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and follow the instructions in the advertisement and application form carefully.

7. Written Test: If a written test is required, details will be announced on the SAC website.

8. Document Upload: Candidates must upload valid Caste/Tribe and PwBD certificates in the prescribed format, where applicable.

9. Registration Number: Upon registration, a registration number will be provided. Candidates should keep a printout of the application summary for future reference.

10. Qualification: The prescribed qualification must be completed within the stipulated course duration.

11. CGPA/Percentage: Candidates must meet ISRO/DOS eligibility norms for CGPA or percentage as mentioned by the university.

12. CGPA-Only Criteria: If only CGPA is mentioned, it must meet ISRO/ DOS criteria and conversion to percentage is not allowed.

13. Rounding Off: Rounding off of marks is not allowed.

14. Dual/Integrated Degree: Eligibility for candidates with dual degrees will be determined based on CGPA/ percentage as applicable.

16. Document Verification: Candidates must produce original documents during the personal interview for verification.

26. Ph.D. Registration: Selected JRFs are encouraged to register for Ph.D. and pursue relevant research topics but must manage their time without additional leave.

27. Publication Clearance: Work reports must receive clearance from the appropriate authority before publication.

28. Disciplinary Regulations: JRFs and RAs will be governed by SAC/ISRO’s disciplinary rules.

29. Research Reports: JRFs and RAs must submit a consolidated report of their research work upon completing their tenure or resignation.

30. Disqualification: Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification in ISRO SAC JRFs ARFs Recruitment 2024.

31. Age Relaxation for PwBD: PwBD candidates will receive age relaxation as per applicable government norms.
