Mode of Selection

 1. Written Test Details:

• Post: Project Engineer-I (All disciplines)
• Date: 22.12.2024 (Sunday)
• Venue: Little Flower Junior College, Opp. Survey of India, P&T Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad, 500039.
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM

2. Eligibility:

• Only candidates pre-registered via Google Forms will be allowed.
• Carry the printed Google Form with a recent passport-size photo affixed.
• Bring the Aadhar Card (the Aadhar number will serve as the roll number).

3. Selection Process:

• Written Test (85 marks) followed by an Interview (15 marks).
• Candidates shortlisted for the interview will be in a 1:5 ratio based on written test merit.
• Written test results will be announced at the venue by 2:00 PM.

4. Interview Details:

• Date: 22.12.2024, 03:00 PM onwards at Little Flower Junior College.
• Continuation: On 23.12.2024 at BEL Factory, I.E. Nacharam, Hyderabad, 500076.
• Candidates must plan travel accordingly; no accommodation will be provided.

5. Passing Criteria:

• General/ EWS/ OBC: 35% (written test & interview).
• SC/ ST/ PwBD: 30% (written test & interview).

6. Final Results:

• The selection list will be displayed on the website: www.bel-india.in.

7. Document Requirements:

• Carry originals and copies of necessary documents for verification after clearing the written test.

General Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Only Indian nationals may apply.
• Candidates can apply for only one post.

2. Employment Criteria:

• Government/ PSU employees must provide an NOC or apply through the proper channel.
• Project engineers currently working in BEL are ineligible to apply for similar roles in other BEL units.

3. Application Guidelines:

• Use a valid email ID for communication; BEL is not responsible for email delivery issues.
• False information in applications will lead to disqualification or termination.

4. Documentation:

• SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwBD candidates must provide category certificates as per the prescribed format.
• OBC (NCL) certificates must be dated on or after 01.03.2023.
• All details in the application will be verified during document verification; discrepancies will result in rejection.

5. Selection Process:

• Admission to any stage of selection is provisional and does not confirm eligibility.
• BEL’s decision regarding eligibility and selection is final.

6. Medical Fitness:

• Candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from an authorized medical officer.

7. Posting and Travel:

• Selected candidates must be willing to relocate and travel across India as per project requirements.

8. Disputes:

• Legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
• The English version of the advertisement on the BEL website will prevail in case of discrepancies.

9. Other Instructions:

• No canvassing is allowed; it will lead to disqualification.
• Regularly check the BEL website for updates, corrections, or changes in the advertisement.
• Extensive travel and relocation may be required based on project needs.
