1. Selection & Contract: Shortlisted candidates will be engaged on a 3-year Fixed Term Contract, renewable based on performance. Contracts may be terminated earlier by management for unsatisfactory performance, and positions are transferable across India.
2. Reservation: SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex-Servicemen/ Economically Weaker Section candidates will be considered per Government reservation policies. 3. Travel Reimbursement: Eligible SC/ ST candidates living over 80 km from the venue and not employed in government roles will be reimbursed second-class travel expenses upon submission of necessary documentation. 4. Application Completeness: Only complete and signed applications will be considered. Ensure eligibility and accuracy of details as of 1st November 2024; incorrect information will lead to disqualification. 5. Current AIASL Employees: Eligible AIASL employees may apply.
