HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

• Common offline written exam (objective type on OMR sheet) with 100 objective-type questions.
• Five candidates per notified vacancy (category/ sub-category wise) will be shortlisted for Stage II of Allahabad High Court Group C D Recruitment 2024.

2. Stage-II-Part ‘A’ (Type Test on Computer):

• For Stenographer Gr.-III, both Hindi & English Type Tests will be conducted.
• Hindi Type Test: Type 250 words in 10 minutes using the Inscript Keyboard layout (Mangal Font).
• English Type Test: Type 300 words in 10 minutes.

3. Stage-II-Part ‘B’ (Stenography Test):

• Hindi Stenography Test: Dictation of 400 words at 80 w.p.m., transcribe in 30 minutes.
• English Stenography Test: Dictation of 500 words at 100 w.p.m., transcribe in 30 minutes.

4. Interview:

• The interview is not part of the selection process.

5. Merit List:

• Separate results for English and Hindi Stenographers.
• A single combined merit list for Stenographer Gr.-III will be based on marks from written exams, type tests, and stenography tests.

6. General Orders:

• The selection and examination process of Allahabad High Court Group C D Recruitment 2024 shall follow special or general orders from the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court.

2. Stage-II (Technical Driving Test):

• Candidates will be shortlisted three times the number of vacancies based on Stage I results (category/ sub- category wise).
• Stage II includes:
• Test A: Signage Test (Road Signs).
• Test B: Driving Test.
• Candidates must clear both tests to the satisfaction of the Selecting/ Appointing authority.

3. Qualifying Marks:

• The Selection Committee may set minimum qualifying marks for both Stage I and Stage II.

4. No Interview:

• An interview is not part of the selection process.

5. Final Merit List:

• The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in Stage I (Written Examination) by candidates who qualify for Stage II of Allahabad High Court Group C D Recruitment.

• An open competitive exam (offline) will be conducted at various districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• 100 objective type questions on OMR sheets.
• Five candidates per vacancy (category/ sub- category wise) will be shortlisted based on merit for Stage II.

2. Stage-II Written Examination:

• Based on Stage I results, five candidates per vacancy (category/ sub-category wise) will be shortlisted for Stage II.
