BECIL Recruitment 2024 Notification. BECIL invites applications from interested Candidates to attend offline interaction/ Interviews at Jansamparak Bhawan, Banganga Rd, near TT Nagar, Roshanpura Square, Roshanpura Slums, TT Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462003 on 03/10/2024 at 1100 Hrs for deployment at “Department of Public Relations, Government of Madhya Pradesh” purely on fixed term contract basis.

• Educational/ Professional Certificates

2. If applying for more than one post under the same advertisement, submit a separate registration form for each post. Registration fees will apply per post.

3. Candidates must have a valid email ID for at least six months from the application date. If a candidate doesn’t have a valid personal email ID, they should create one before applying offline.

4. Offline payment for registration is non-refundable. Payment should be made via Demand Draft (Mandatory) in favor of the appropriate category. Registration fees:

• General/ OBC/ Ex-Serviceman/ Women: ₹590
• SC/ ST/ EWS/ PH: ₹295

5. Candidates are advised to apply judiciously according to the BECIL advertisement.

6. All communications will be via registered email or mobile number.

7. Submitting false information or documents will result in action per rules, and a complaint may be filed with local authorities at BECIL’s discretion.

8. No candidate should communicate directly with the client.

9. Carefully fill out the offline application form. After submission, no modifications will be allowed, and fees will not be refunded.

2. Preference will be given to local candidates and those already working in similar departments.

3. No TA/ DA will be provided for attending the test/ written exam/ document verification/ interaction or joining the duty upon selection.

4. Candidates can submit their application, along with educational and experience certificates, in a sealed envelope via speed post to:

5. Mention the “Advertisement No:……and Post Name:…….” in the subject line. Ensure eligibility (age, qualification, experience, etc.) before applying. BECIL is not responsible for incorrect applications or ineligible conditions.

6. Candidates will be notified via email/ telephone for the further process.

7. Review the application form carefully before submission. No requests for changes will be accepted after submission.

8. Only shortlisted candidates, based on eligibility, will be contacted for further processing. Mention complete educational qualifications and work experience in the application. Filling out the form does not confirm selection.

9. Applications not in the prescribed format will be rejected. Print and retain a copy of the application for future reference. BECIL will not be responsible for typographical errors (e.g., email IDs, and mobile numbers) in the submitted forms.

10. Take a photocopy of the offline application form and retain it for future reference.

11. BECIL will not be responsible for writing errors in the application forms submitted by candidates.

12. Attach all supporting documents for educational qualifications and experience. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Interaction is tentatively scheduled for October 3, 2024.
