BEL Educational Institutions Job 2025 Notification. Bharat Electronics Educational Institutions (BEEI) invites applications from eligible candidates for Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff positions on a temporary basis for the academic year 2025-2026. These vacancies are available across various BEEI institutions located in Bengaluru. Interested candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

Note:

  • Upper Age Limit: 45 years (as of 01.02.2025)
  • Age Relaxation: Up to 50 years for applicants who are spouses of deceased BEL employees on compassionate grounds.

  2. Fill the Application Form:
    • Ensure all information is filled correctly and completely.
    • Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the application form.
  3. Attach the Required Documents:
    • SSLC/SSC/10th Standard marks card (as proof of Date of Birth).
    • SSC Mark Sheet.
    • Final Consolidated Degree Marks Sheet & Degree Certificate or equivalent examination as applicable.
    • Final Consolidated Degree Marks Sheet & Degree Certificate of B.Ed (if applicable).
    • In case of CGPA/OGPA/Grade-point systems, include a conversion formula for percentage calculation.
    • Caste/Community/Disability certificate (if applicable).
    • Post-qualification experience certificates from previous/current employer(s).
    • Candidates employed in PSUs/Govt. organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
    • Valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.).
  4. Submit the Application Form:
    • Place the completed application form and documents in an A4 size envelope.
    • Superscribe the envelope with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TEACHING/NON TEACHING – POST CODE _______”.
  5. Send the Application:

  1. Important Notes:
    • Applications submitted via email or any other channel will not be considered.
    • Incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected.
    • BEEI will not be responsible for postal delays or loss in transit.

  1. Written Test (70% weightage)
  2. Interview (30% weightage)

Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio.


  1. Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
  2. Experience Certificates: Candidates must possess valid experience certificates issued by previous or current employers, clearly indicating the employment period and post held.
  3. Cutoff Date for Age Calculation: The cutoff date for calculating the age and post-qualification experience is 01.02.2025.
  4. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable up to 50 years for applicants who are spouses of deceased BEL employees on compassionate grounds.
  5. PG Degree Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates possessing a PG degree, and they will receive relaxation in experience equal to their PG degree duration.
  6. Document Verification: Supporting documents for experience must be provided. Claims without proof will not be considered.
  7. No Changes Allowed: Requests to change email ID, mailing address, degree, or category after submitting the application will not be entertained.
  8. Communication: All updates regarding the recruitment process will be sent via email only. Candidates must ensure they provide a valid email ID and regularly check for updates.
  9. Non-Selection Communication: No separate communication will be sent for non-selection at any stage.
  10. Post Cancellation: BEEI reserves the right to cancel any post if suitable candidates are not available.
  11. Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
  12. Legal Disputes: Candidates who have previously litigated with their employer must mention the details briefly in their application.
  13. Merit-Based Selection: Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call for an interview. The selection committee’s decision is final.
  14. False Information: If false information is detected at any stage, BEEI reserves the right to debar the candidate.
  15. No TA/DA: Candidates will not receive any TA/DA for appearing in the written test or interview.

What is the tenure of the engagement?

The positions are on a temporary basis with an extension based on performance.

Can I apply for multiple posts?

No. Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post.
