1.       Self-attested copy of 10th Standard marks card (SSLC/ Matriculation Certificate) as proof of date of birth.

2.       Self-attested copy of PUC/ 12th Class/ Diploma Marks Card.

3.       Self-attested copies of BE/ B.Tech Marks Cards and Provisional/ Final Degree Certificate.

4.       Final consolidated marks sheet.

5.       Caste/ community/ Disability/ Income certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PwBD candidates, as per prescribed format. OBC (NCL) certificates must be issued after 01.12.2023.

6.       Post-qualification experience certificates from previous/ current employers. If the current employment certificate is unavailable, attach the offer letter, latest pay slip, and employee ID proof.

7.       Copy of SBI receipt.

8.       Identity proof (Aadhar card/ Driving License/ Voter ID).

5.       Super scribe the envelope with “Application for the post of Project Engineer-I, Military Communications SBU.”.

6.       Incomplete, incorrect, or non-eligible applications will be rejected without any correspondence.

Instructions for Making Payment:

1.       Click on the payment link on the BEL website or visit this link.

2.       Go to www.onlinesbi.com and select State Bank Collect.

3.       Accept the terms and conditions and click Proceed.

4.       Select PSU – Public Sector Undertaking and click Go.

5.       Select Bharat Electronics Limited and press Submit.

6.       Select the payment category: Recruitment of Project Engineers— I for MILCOM SBU, Bangalore Complex.

7.       Complete the payment process.

8.       Save and print or take a screenshot of the payment receipt and attach it to your application.

9.       Detailed instructions and screenshots are provided with the advertisement.

10.   Enter the SBI Collect reference number in the application form. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

11.   PwBD candidates are exempt from the application fee. Payment can also be made via an SBI branch by downloading and printing the Challan from SBI Collect.

12.   Candidates must obtain the seal and signature of the bank official when making the payment at the SBI branch.

13.   Ensure the same mobile number and email ID are used in both SBI Collect and the application form.

Selection Process: BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2024

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)

1.       Selection will be based on a written test, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates. Venue details will be provided later.

2.       85% weightage for the written test and 15% for the interview. Candidates passing the written test will be invited for interviews in a 1:5 ratio based on merit.

3.       Shortlisted candidates for the written test/ interview and final selections will be announced on the company website.

4.       Written test/ interview call letters will be sent via email only.

General Instructions: BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2024

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)

1.       Selected candidates will be covered under a medical insurance scheme of Rs. 2 lakhs and a life cover scheme of Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

2.       Trainee engineers in BEL must inform the respective HR Department. A copy of the invitation should be attached.

3.       Lateral applications for the same post are not permitted. Project engineers working in one BEL unit are not eligible to apply for the same post elsewhere.

4.       Trainee engineers fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply for the Project Engineer-I post.

5.       Selected candidates will undergo training in Bangalore and then be posted at Port Blair. Candidates must make their housing arrangements.

6.       Candidates must have a valid email ID for all communication. BEL will not be responsible for email issues.

7.       Only Indian nationals can apply. Canvassing will lead to disqualification. BEL reserves the right to disqualify any candidate at any stage.

8.       Screening and selection will be based on the application form details. Providing false or incomplete information will lead to disqualification.

9.       Final selection results will be posted on the BEL website. The provisional appointment order will be sent by email.

10.   Candidates may be deployed to other projects as per work requirements.

11.   No separate communication will be sent to candidates not selected.

12.   Any updates to the advertisement will be posted on the BEL website; candidates should check regularly.

13.   BEL’s eligibility and selection process decision will be final and binding.

14.   Appointment will be subject to medical fitness per the company’s standards.

15.   Any disputes arising from this advertisement will fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
