SELECTION PROCESS for CBI Credit Officer Recruitment 2025:
1. Mode of Selection: o The selection will be through an Online Test, which includes a Descriptive Test and a Personal Interview. 2. Descriptive Test: o The Descriptive Paper (Letter Writing & Essay) may be evaluated by an automated scoring mechanism to assess writing proficiency in the English language. This mechanism is objective and validated. 3. Negative Marking: o There will be no negative marking in the examination. 4. Documents Required for Online Examination: o Valid Call Letter for the respective session of the examination. o Photo-identity proof (same as on the call letter/application form). o Candidates reporting late will not be allowed to take the examination. 5. Examination Duration: o The Online Examination will last for 2 hours, but candidates should be prepared to be at the venue for about 3 hours for formalities. 6. Photograph Requirement: o Bring one additional photograph (same as pasted on the call letter) along with other documents. 7. Personal Interview: o The interview will be conducted after the online test. o Total marks for the interview will be 50, with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% for General/EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. 8. Final Selection: o Final selection will be based on marks in the Online Exam and Interview. o If candidates have equal marks, the order will be decided by Online Exam marks. o If still tied, the candidate with a higher age (DOB) will be placed higher on the merit list. o Final selection is also subject to medical fitness. |

1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter. 2. Valid system-generated printouts of the online application form. 3. Proof of Date of Birth (e.g., Birth Certificate or SSLC/Std. X Certificate). 4. Photo Identity Proof (as specified in the notification). 5. Mark sheets or certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification (with the result declared by 30.11.2024). 6. Caste Certificate (if applicable) issued by the competent authority for SC/ST/OBC candidates. 7. Income and Asset Certificate for EWS category candidates (as per government format). 8. Disability certificate (if applicable) issued by the District Medical Board for Persons with Benchmark Disability. 9. Certificate for candidates with less than 40% disability needing a scribe (from a government healthcare institution). 10. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer for candidates in government/quasi-govt. offices or PSUs. 11. Age relaxation certificate (if applicable) from the District Magistrate for 1984 Riot Affected Persons. 12. Experience certificates (if applicable). 13. Certificate of eligibility for nationality/citizenship, if applicable. 14. Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility. General Instructions for CBI Credit Officer Recruitment 2025:
1. Candidates must present the requisite documents (valid call letter, photo ID, etc.) at the time of online examinations and interview. No documents should be sent to the Bank beforehand. 2. Candidates without an authenticated/stamped call letter or ID proof will not be allowed to appear for the examination. 3. Bring an additional photograph (same as on the call letter) to the exam. Without it, candidates won’t be allowed to appear. 4. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying and carefully read the notification. 5. Candidates debarred from appearing in bank exams for a specified period should not apply. 6. Admission to exams and interviews is provisional. The Bank can reject the application at any stage if incorrect/false information is detected. 7. The Bank’s decision on eligibility and selection process is final. No correspondence will be entertained. 8. The scribe should not be a candidate for the examination. Violation leads to the cancellation of both candidates’ applications. 9. A scribe can only act for one candidate in the recruitment process. 10. Submit only one application. Multiple applications will result in forfeiting the fees for all but the latest valid application. 11. Multiple appearances in exams/interviews will lead to the cancellation of candidature. 12. Online applications once registered cannot be withdrawn, and the fees will not be refunded. 13. Disputes related to the notification will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. 14. Canvassing or attempts to influence the process will lead to disqualification. 15. Requests for changes in the exam date, time, or venue will not be entertained. 16. Requests for changes in address or details in the online application form will not be entertained. 17. In case of a dispute regarding the interpretation of this notification, the English version will prevail. 18. Ensure your signatures match across all documents and are legible (no capital letters). 19. Upload a recent photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) in the online application. Keep a copy for future use. 20. Ensure all documents (photograph, signature, etc.) are clear and not smudged. 21. The handwritten declaration must be in English, in the candidate’s handwriting, and not in capital letters. 22. Any technical issues during the exam are at the Bank’s discretion to resolve; no re-test claims will be entertained. 23. Interview travel expenses for eligible SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities candidates will be reimbursed as per the rules. 24. Appointment is subject to medical fitness and adherence to the Bank’s service and conduct rules. 25. The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process or allotment criteria. 26. Intimations will be sent via email/SMS to the registered contact details. 27. The Bank is not responsible for issues related to communication failure (e.g., wrong contact details). 28. If the handwritten declaration is found inconsistent, the candidature will be canceled. 29. The Bank may share the list of debarred candidates and scribes with other recruitment agencies. |
