2.  Fill in all the fields in the application form.

3.  Provide nine choices of posting preferences for CIL/ subsidiaries.

4. Upload a recent passport-size color photograph.

5. Upload a scanned image of your signature (in dark blue or black ink).

6. Upload proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/ Matriculation/ HSC Mark Sheet).

7. Upload a copy of your AADHAR Card.

8. Upload proof of qualifications (Intermediate Examination Certificate of CA/ CMA and Mark Sheets in chronological order).

9.  Upload a Community Certificate (for SC/ ST/ OBC NCL/ EWS categories).

10. Upload a disability certificate (for PwD candidates, if applicable).

11. For land ownership, upload a certificate signed by the concerned Project Officer/ Agent/ Area GM of the Project.

12. Combine all educational qualification and experience documents in chronological order into a single PDF file. Uploading multiple PDFs may cause overwriting, saving only the last file.

13. Ensure all uploaded documents are legible and self-attested.

14. Shortlisting of candidates will be based solely on documents uploaded at the time of online registration.

15. Ensure you have a valid email ID, which must remain active until the trainee selection process is completed.

16. After applying online, print the generated Registration-Cum-Application Form and bring it along with other uploaded documents during certificate verification.

2. Company Preferences: Candidates must provide their choice of 9 companies (in order of preference) among CIL or its subsidiaries (CIL HQ, ECL, BCCL, CCL, CMPDIL, NCL, MCL, SECL, WCL).

3. Merit-Based Posting: Posting will be determined by merit ranking based on intermediate exam marks and the candidate’s preference for company placement.

4. Tie-Breaker: In case of a tie in marks, the candidate’s seniority will be determined by date of birth (older candidate is senior). If DOB is the same, preference will be given to the candidate with higher marks in Class X.

5. Waiting List: A waiting list of 125 additional trainees will be created, following the government’s reservation guidelines. The list will fill any shortfalls in the original panel based on category.

6. Landowners: Landowners are defined as self, spouse, children, or dependents of those whose land was acquired by the company. CA/CMA intermediate pass candidates who are landowners must submit a certificate signed by the Officer/ Agent/ Area GM of the Project.

7. Wards of Employees: Wards of on-roll employees, including those of deceased employees are not offered compassionate employment, must provide a self-attested certificate and relevant employment documents of their parent(s) in CIL or its subsidiaries.

2. Applying for an industrial trainee position does not guarantee engagement; the company reserves the right to reject any candidate without explanation.

3. Completing the training does not guarantee any temporary or permanent job in CIL or its subsidiaries.

4. Preference will be given to landowners (self, family, or dependents) whose land has been acquired by CIL and to wards of employees as per the scheme.

5. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

6. For queries, candidates can contact the helpline at 033-71104237 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days.

7. Selected candidates must be medically fit, verified by a Medical Fitness Certificate from a government-registered practitioner.

8. A candidate’s registration can be canceled if false information is provided or if eligibility criteria are not met.

9. Selected candidates will undergo 15 months of training and must commit to completing the entire period unless removed by the company. Early exit may be approved in exceptional cases.

10. Candidates must maintain integrity and confidentiality of the documents handled during training.

11. Sharing information without prior management approval is prohibited.

12. Any legal disputes regarding this advertisement will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.

13. Selected candidates must agree to the terms and conditions regarding leave, misconduct, termination, etc., per the approved scheme for industrial training for ICAI/ CMA intermediate passed students for 15 months.
