The selection process comprises

  • PowerPoint Presentation: Candidates will present their vision and plans for DCIL. (Weightage: 50%)
  • Interview: To assess experience, qualifications, and suitability for the post. (Weightage: 50%)

What are the key responsibilities of the CFO role?

The CFO will be in overall charge of DCIL’s overall financial operations, including corporate financial planning, taxation, budgeting, and financial governance. This role directly reports to the Managing Director & CEO.

Can private-sector candidates apply?

Yes, candidates from listed companies with an annual turnover of ₹800 crores or more and a minimum of 25 years of experience can apply. They must have served as head/chief of the finance department for at least four years.

What happens after the probation period?

Upon successful completion of a one-year probation, candidates will be regularized in their position, subject to DCIL’s approval.
