DRDO PXE Apprentices 2024 25: How  to Apply

Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)

1.       Interested candidates with the required qualifications can apply for a one-year Apprenticeship Training at PXE by sending their applications via email to [email protected].

2.       The application form can be downloaded from www.drdo.gov.in. Candidates must fill out the form by typing, affixing a passport-sized photo, and signing the form. The completed application, along with mark sheets and reservation certificates, should be scanned and sent in PDF format to the above email.

3.       Handwritten applications will be rejected.

4.       The last date for submitting applications is 07 October 2024.

1.       The PXE Selection Board will review all applications and shortlist candidates based on their percentage of marks in the essential qualification.

2.       Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Written Test/Interview at PXE, Chandipur.

3.       Following the interview, selected candidates will receive their joining letters via email.

1.       Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice (Diploma) must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in Applications from non-registered candidates or those with invalid registration numbers will be rejected.

2.       Only candidates who completed their courses in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible to apply.

3.       Post-graduation degree holders are not eligible and need not apply.

4.       Only candidates who completed their qualifications in regular mode are eligible.

5.       Graduate/ diploma holders with one year or more of job or training experience after acquiring their essential qualifications are not eligible.

6.       Reservations will be applied as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (as amended). Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS must provide caste certificates issued by a competent authority during document verification.

7.       Selected candidates must sign a one-year training contract as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and related rules.

8.       Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and other conditions mentioned in the advertisement.

9.       The offer of apprenticeship Training does not guarantee employment with DRDO.

10.   Suppression of any facts will result in disqualification at any stage of the selection process or afterward.

11.   PXE reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies for apprenticeship engagement.

12.   Any attempts to influence the selection process through canvassing or personal follow-up will result in immediate cancellation of the candidate’s application.

13.   PXE reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the advertisement or selection process without prior notice.

14.   No accommodation or transport will be provided to apprentices during the training period.

15.   No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or for joining.
