2. Closing date for online applications: 04/07/2024 (until 23:59 hrs).
3. Closing date for application fee payment: 04/07/2024.
4. Read the Detailed Advertisement/ Notice carefully before applying online.
5. Only online applications will be accepted.
6. Candidates can apply for one post/ discipline only.
7. Non-exempted candidates (GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS) must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 300/-.
8. Application fee once paid will not be refunded.
9. Complete the application process by submitting application fees, where applicable.
10. Upload legible copies of required documents online.
11. Take a printout of the submitted online application for reference.
12. Bring original documents and self-attested photocopies at the time of document verification.

DVC Junior Engineer Job 2024 Selection Process

1. Part I: General Aptitude Test (GAT) covering vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency, interpretation, and numerical ability.
2. Part II: Technical Knowledge Test (TKT) with specific questions from the respective discipline.

Important Notes:

• Call Letters: No hard copies of call letters for document verification will be sent by post or issued separately. Candidates must check their application status on the DVC website regularly.
• Communication: All communication regarding the selection process will be via email. No other modes of communication will be used.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email about the date, time, and venue for document verification, which will also be posted on the DVC website. Candidates must produce original proof of identity such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN card, Driving License, or Passport at the time of document verification. Doubtful identity may result in disqualification.
• Final Selection: Appointment is subject to medical fitness and document verification as per Corporation norms and adherence to the service and conduct rules of the Corporation.

Payment of Application Fee:

1.       General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS candidates: Rs 300/- non-refundable application fee.

2.       SC/ ST/ PWBD/ Ex-SM categories & DVC departmental candidates: Application fee exempted.

3.       Incomplete or fee-less applications will be rejected.

4.       The application fee must be paid by July 4, 2024.

5.       Payment of Rs 300/- must be made in one transaction; amounts less than Rs 300/- will not be accepted.

6.       Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before payment. Bank charges are to be borne by the candidates.

DVC Junior Engineer Job 2024: General Information and Instructions

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates must ensure eligibility criteria before applying or appearing for document verification, as per the advertisement on www.dvc.gov.in.
3. The candidature of candidates is provisional, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria.
4. Essential qualifications must be from a recognized Indian university or institute.
5. Selected candidates may be posted at any DVC establishment.
6. Diploma holders without AICTE approval are ineligible.
7. Conversion of CGPA/OGPA/DGPA or Letter Grade to percentage should follow university/institute norms.
8. Government employees need a No Objection Certificate from their present employer.
9. DVC reserves the right to modify the recruitment process without notice.
10. Decisions by DVC regarding eligibility, acceptance/rejection of applications, etc., are final.
11. Identical signatures are required throughout the recruitment process.
12. Being called for the Computer-based Test does not guarantee further selection.
13. Apply early to avoid last-minute issues; DVC is not responsible for network problems.
14. Final eligibility is confirmed after document verification.
15. Amendments/clarifications will be on the DVC website only.
16. No interim correspondence will be entertained during recruitment; canvassing is disqualification.
17. Only Xerox copies of documents will be retained.
18. In case of equal marks, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
19. Certificates in languages other than Hindi/English require certified translation.

23. No provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of answer sheets.
24. Qualifying standards may be adjusted based on candidate availability.

DVC Junior Engineer Job 2024: Documents Required

2. Proof of Date of Birth (Class Xth Board Certificate or Class Xth Passing Certificate).

3. Valid Certificates & Mark Sheets of Class Xth, XIIth, Diploma in Engineering/Mine Surveying (semester-wise/year-wise).

4. A Diploma in Engineering/Mine Surveying.

5. Surveyor’s certificate of competency issued by DGMS, applicable to Mine Surveyor.

6. Valid SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD certificate (in prescribed format), if applicable (minimum 40% disability for PwBD).

7. Valid Age relaxation cum Domicile Certificate/Discharge Certificate, etc., if applicable (in prescribed format).

8. Valid Experience Certificate(s), if applicable.

9. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer if working in PSU/Central Govt./State State Govt., Semi-Govt.

10.  Four (4) recent passport-size colored photographs.

11.  Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID card).
