2. Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Postgraduation should be a 2-year full-time course with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
• For CA, passing the professional exam is sufficient.

3. Candidates appearing for the final Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy exams and expecting results in 2025 are eligible to apply.

o    Apply online from 18.09.2024 to 07.10.2024; no other mode is accepted.

o    Visit the registration link and click “APPLY ONLINE.”

o    Register by entering Name, Contact details, and Email ID to receive a Provisional Registration Number and Password.

o    Use “SAVE AND NEXT” to save entered details before final submission.

o    Fill in all details carefully as changes are not allowed after submission.

o    Upload photo, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per guidelines.

o    Preview, modify if needed, and complete the registration.

o    Proceed to payment and submit the application.

2.       Payment of Fees:

o    The application form is integrated with the payment gateway.

o    Payment can be made via Debit/Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.

o    After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated.

o    Print the e-receipt and application form for future reference.

3.       Document Scanning and Upload:

o    Photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm), signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration must meet size and format specifications.

2.       Examination and Interview Locations:

o    Cities: Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, New Delhi, Trichy, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, and Guwahati (subject to changes based on candidate availability).

3.       Reservation and Certificates:

o    Reserved category candidates must provide valid certificates at the time of the interview.

o    EWS reservation (10%) applies with the production of an Income and Asset Certificate.

o    SC/ST/OBC and PwBD candidates are eligible for age and other relaxations per GoI rules.

4.       OBC Category Applicants:

o    OBC certificates must contain the Non-Creamy Layer clause, valid within one year before the application deadline.

5.       Candidates in Creamy Layer:

o    OBC candidates in the Creamy Layer should apply under the General category.

6.       Posting:

o    Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India. Transfers abroad may be possible with consent.

7.       Stipend and Pay Scale:

o    Management Trainees receive ₹65,000 per month during training.

o    After successful completion, they will be appointed as Deputy Managers with a pay band of ₹48,480 to ₹85,920.

o    Degrees should be from recognized institutions.

9.       Post-Absorption Benefits:

o    Upon absorption, candidates will receive allowances and benefits such as housing, loans for housing/vehicles, and education loans.

10.   Eligibility:
