1. Exim Bank Officers Recruitment 2024 25 vacancies are tentative and based on the Bank’s manpower requirements.

2. Selection involves screening and shortlisting applications, followed by a personal interview.

3. The Bank reserves the right to modify manpower requirements, and its decision will be final.

4. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:10 ratio (e.g., for 2 posts, 20 candidates will be shortlisted).

5. The Selection Panel will create a shortlist based on candidates meeting all eligibility criteria.

6. The shortlist will be determined by the total percentage scores of Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable).

7. Interviews will be held at the bank’s head office in Mumbai or the New Delhi office.

1. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computers and information technology.

2. Candidates from institutes with non-numerical grading systems (CGPA/ GPA, etc.) must provide a conversion formula from the university, recognized by the government, AICTE/ UGC. Correspondence or part-time course candidates are not eligible.

3. Remuneration will follow the bank’s contractual payment structure, with fixed and variable components. The variable pay will depend on performance parameters, shared with selected candidates.

4. The initial contract will be for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance and bank requirements.

5. Selection will involve application screening by an internal committee followed by a personal interview for shortlisted candidates. Interview details will be shared with only shortlisted candidates.
