Selection Procedure:
- Written Test:
- Selection is based on a written test.
- Cut-off Percentage:
- HAL reserves the right to set a cut-off percentage for the written test, based on marks secured in the qualifying examination for each trade/discipline.
- Minimum cut-off: 60% for UR/ OBC/ EWS, 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for document verification based on merit.
- Required documents include age, qualification, caste, experience, and other eligibility criteria.
- The inability to produce documents will result in disqualification.
- Qualifying Marks:
- Minimum qualifying percentage in the relevant exams: 60% for UR/ OBC/ EWS, 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD.
- The company may adjust the cut-off percentage based on the number of candidates.
- Written Test Details:
- Duration: 2.5 hours.
- Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Sections: General Awareness (20 questions), English & Reasoning (40 questions), Concerned Discipline (100 questions).
- Each question carries 1 mark, with no negative marking.
- Admit Card & ID:
- Candidates must download their admit card and bring it with an original photo ID for the test.
- Final Selection:
- The final selection is based on written test performance.
- Only candidates who pass document verification will be selected.
- Verification & Engagement:
- Final selection is subject to caste verification (if applicable) and character and antecedent verification.
- Candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination before receiving a final engagement offer.

General Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
- Higher Qualifications:
- Candidates with qualifications higher than those required are not eligible and will be rejected.
- Single Application:
- Each candidate can apply for only one post.
- Disability Requirement:
- Only candidates with 40% or more relevant disabilities are eligible for the PwBD category. A valid disability certificate must be provided.
- Notification of a Written Test:

- Provisional Admission:
