POLICE DEPARTMENT, HARYANA

• Cat. No. 1: 5000 Posts of Male Constable (General Duty)
• Cat. No. 2: 1000 Posts of Female Constable (General Duty)

Educational Qualifications for Categories 1 & 2:

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized education board or institution.
• Matric, with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects.
• There is no extra weightage for higher education.

Pay Scale for Categories 1 & 2:

Rs. 21700 Level: -3 Cell-1

Age:

18–25 years (as of 01-06-2024).

Qualifying Tests:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CET merit for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST).

Physical Measurement Test (PMT):

• Candidates must meet the standards as per Haryana Police Service Rules, 2017.
• Digital measurement devices will be used to ensure fairness.

Physical Screening Test (PST):

• Male: 2.5 km race in 12 minutes
• Female: 1.0 km race in 6 minutes
• Ex-Serviceman: 1.0 km race in 5 minutes
