  2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) under the Register section.
  3. Enter personal details, qualifications, and professional experience.
  4. Upload scanned images of a recent passport-size photograph and signature:
    • Photograph: 200-250 pixels height | 150-180 pixels width | Max size: 2MB
    • Signature: 100-130 pixels height | 150-180 pixels width | Max size: 2MB
  5. Select the applicable recruitment numbers (9/2025, 10/2025, 11/2025).
  6. Choose the preferred payment mode:
    • Online Payment: Verify successful payment in “My Profile.”
    • Offline Payment: Download the State Bank of India (SBI) chalan and pay at the nearest branch.

The Kerala High Court follows a three-stage selection process:

1. Preliminary Examination (Screening Test)

  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • Format: 75 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Marking Scheme:
    • Correct Answer: +2 marks
    • Incorrect Answer: -1 mark
  • Subjects Covered:
    • Civil Laws
    • Criminal Laws
    • Constitution of India
    • English Language & Legal Aptitude

Candidates scoring the highest marks (top 10 times the number of vacancies) qualify for the Written Examination.

2. Main (Written) Examination

  • Total Marks: 300
  • Papers:
    • Paper I (Civil Laws & Judgment Writing – 150 Marks)
    • Paper II (Criminal Laws & Judgment Writing – 150 Marks)
  • Duration: 3 Hours per Paper
  • Subjects Covered: Contract Law, CrPC, IPC, Family Laws, Land Acquisition, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, etc.

3. Viva Voce (Interview)

  • Marks: 50
  • Minimum Passing Marks:
    • General/OBC: 40%
    • SC/ST/PwD: 35%
  • Final selection is based on aggregate marks from the Written Exam + Viva Voce.
