Note:
- Candidates should have already passed the prescribed qualification by the cutoff date, which is 28.02.2025.
- Candidates awaiting the results of the qualifying examination on the cutoff date are not eligible to apply.
- The prescribed qualification for Graduate/Â Diploma holders must be from a recognized University/ Institute as a regular full-time course in the relevant trade/ discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and PwBD category candidates for reserved posts).
- Qualifications obtained through part-time/ correspondence/ distance education are not eligible.
- Candidates with higher professional qualifications such as BE/B.Tech., MBA, CA, LLB, MCA, or equivalent, or those pursuing such qualifications and completing them before joining apprenticeship training, are not eligible.
Age Criteria for IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as of 28.02.2025, the date for reckoning eligibility criteria.
Duration of Apprenticeship Training:
- 12 months from the date of engagement.
Stipend of IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025:
- The stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019, as amended from time to time, and the Corporation’s guidelines.

A registration number will be sent to the registered email ID/SMS. o   Part-II Registration: Upload scanned photograph and signature, and furnish educational qualification, experience details, etc. Ensure all details are accurate before final submission. 6.      Application Completion: o   Complete the application process on the Indian Oil Pipelines portal from 10.02.2025 to 03.03.2025. 7.      Follow Procedure: o   Follow the procedure mentioned in the apprentice engagement portal. o   Refer to FAQs/How to Apply options available in the portal for any difficulties. 8.      Verify Information: o   Verify the correctness of all information before final submission. o   The candidate is responsible for the information provided in the online application form. 9.      Mention Registration Number: o   Mention the registration/ enrolment number of the NATS/NAPS Portal while applying on the Indian Oil Pipelines Portal. 10.  Print Application: o   After successfully applying/registering, take a printout of the filled-in online application for future reference. 11.  Cut-off Date: o   The cut-off date for age, qualification, etc., is 28.02.2025. 12.  Mode of Application: o   No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. Selection Process: IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025 |

Selection Methodology for IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025 :
1.      Eligibility for Selection: o   Candidates registered in the NAPS/NATS Portal and applying against the notification will be considered. o   A Panel cum Merit List will be prepared based on the percentage of marks in descending order. Aggregate marks of all subjects of all years/semesters in the essential qualification will be considered. 2.      Marks Conversion: o   Candidates must indicate the equivalent aggregate percentage of marks if CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade is awarded, as per the norms adopted by their Board/ University/ Institute. o   Candidates must upload a certificate from the Board/ University/ Institute regarding the equivalent aggregate percentage of marks concerning their CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade. o   If no conversion formula is followed by the Board/ Institute/ University, candidates must produce a certificate stating this. The aggregate of Grade scores obtained in each semester/year, divided by the total number of semesters/years, will be considered for percentage calculation. 3.      Rank in Merit: o   In case of a similar rank in merit based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, candidates with an earlier date of birth (older) will be considered. o   If dates of birth are the same, candidates with a higher percentage of marks in Matriculation will be considered. 4.      No Written Test or Personal Interview: o   There shall be no written test or personal interview for selection. 5.      Filling Reserved Seats: o   If seats reserved for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) cannot be filled, they may be filled by candidates from the unreserved category based on merit. 6.      Medical Fitness: o   Candidates must ensure they are medically fit as per IndianOil’s pre-engagement medical standards. Candidates with benchmark disabilities must be within the normal range of all other physical standards. 7.      Apprenticeship Training Criteria: o   Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training earlier or be pursuing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act. o   Candidates with job experience or having undergone training for one year or more after qualification are not eligible. o   Candidates who have completed five years after acquiring the prescribed qualification as of the eligibility cutoff date are not eligible for engagement as Apprentices. |
