Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Fortune “Global 500” company and India’s largest commercial PSU , has released an official notification for the engagement of Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, for its Marketing Division—Northern Region .
This apprenticeship engagement is a golden skill-building opportunity for ITI pass candidates, Diploma holders, Graduates, and 12th-pass youth , covering Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand .
Selected apprentices will undergo 12 months of structured training, receive a monthly stipend as per Apprenticeship Rules, and gain valuable PSU experience that significantly enhances employability in the government and private sectors.

Stipend Details
Graduate Apprentice:
₹4,500/month (DBT by BOAT) + remaining amount by IOCL
Technician Apprentice:
₹4,000/month (DBT by BOAT) + remaining amount by IOCL
Trade Apprentice:
Full stipend paid by IOCL
Additional Benefit: ₹2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses
Stipend is paid as per the Apprentices Act & Rules , subject to Government guidelines.
