🧪 Selection Process: IRCON Recruitment 2025
The recruitment comprises
1. Shortlisting:
- Based on eligibility, experience, and academic performance.
- Preference is given to candidates with experience in highway/structure projects.
2. Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.
- The interview list will be displayed on www.ircon.org
3. Document Verification:
- All credentials will be verified at the time of the interview.

⚠️ Important Instructions: IRCON Recruitment 2025
- Appointments are project-specific contractual roles, not part of IRCON’s regular establishment.
- Duration: Initial 1 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Salary includes a 5% increment annually on renewal.
- No allowances beyond fixed pay, except TA/DA for outstation duties.
- Medical insurance (₹3 lakh cover) must be procured by the candidate; the premium is reimbursed up to ₹4,000/year.
- PF deducted under the EPF & MP Act 1952 with matching IRCON contribution.
- One leave per calendar month; carry forward allowed, but no leave encashment.
- No right to absorption in regular roles or future projects.
- Ex-contract IRCON employees (terminated due to project closure) may apply afresh.
- Working hours and weekly offs follow IRCON project norms.
