  1. Online Application:

    • Carefully review all eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, and required documents. Ensure that you meet the criteria before applying.
    • Complete the online application form, providing all necessary details. Be thorough and double-check the accuracy of your entries.
  2. Submission of Hard Copy:
    • After completing the online application form, print a copy of the completed form.
    • Sign the printed form at the designated places.
    • Attach the required supporting documents, such as educational certificates, experience letters, category certificates, and the credit point sheet, as applicable.
  3. Mode of Submission:
    • Send the signed form along with enclosures only via Speed Post or Registered Post to the following address: Registrar, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Link Road Number 3, Near Kali Mata Mandir, Bhopal (M.P.)–462003.
    • Applications sent through private courier will only be accepted for candidates applying from abroad.
  4. Submission Deadlines:
    • The hard copy of the application must reach the Registrar’s office by April 23, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
    • Late submissions, including those delayed by postal services, will not be accepted.

The selection process is divided into three main stages. Here’s an expanded breakdown of each stage:

  1. Scrutiny of Applications (Eligibility Verification):
    • Applications are reviewed to ensure candidates meet all eligibility criteria as per the advertised norms.
    • A shortlisting process evaluates applicants based on their credit points and eligibility parameters.
  2. Presentation Stage (Research & Teaching Proficiency):
    • Shortlisted candidates are invited to deliver a presentation, which is evaluated in two parts:
      • Research Presentation: Showcasing research capabilities and future potential in the respective discipline.
      • Teaching Presentation: Demonstrating teaching methods and understanding of fundamental topics.
    • Each candidate has 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by a Q&A session with the committee.
    • To qualify for the next stage:
      • General/OBC/EWS candidates must achieve a score of 50% or higher.
      • SC/ST/PwD candidates must achieve a score of 40% or higher.
  3. Personal Interaction (Interview):
    • Candidates recommended by the evaluation committee are invited for a personal interview.
    • The interview assesses overall suitability, including communication, academic background, and alignment with the institution’s goals.
    • To qualify:
      • General/OBC/EWS candidates must score at least 50%.
      • SC/ST/PwD candidates must score at least 40%.
  4. Merit-Based Final Selection:
    • A common merit list is prepared, and candidates are selected based on their performance across all stages.
    • Meeting the minimum qualifying marks does not guarantee selection; final decisions depend on available vacancies and merit.
