- Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
- Selected candidates will be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
- Direct recruitment appointments are regular with a probation period.
- The Ministry can modify, withdraw, or change the number of advertised posts at any time.
- Requests for changes in mailing address, email, or phone number will not be entertained.
- Original documents must be presented during verification.

- Travel allowance (AC 3-Tier train/bus) is provided for interview attendance within India.
- No airfare will be reimbursed.

- Only NAAS-rated journal publications will be considered. Journal ID must be mentioned. Books must have an ISBN, and the applicant should be the sole author or one of three co-authors. Chapters do not count.
