Required Documents for Online Application:

  1. The applicant’s color photo, signature, and self-attested copy were scanned and attached.
  2. Birth proof through scanned mark sheets of 8th/ 10th/ 12th grade.
  3. Caste certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC applicants issued by a competent authority.
  4. Disability certificate for disabled applicants issued by a competent authority.
  5. EWS certificate issued by a competent authority.
  6. For contractual employees, a certificate of employment and any priority documents (e.g., NCC certificate).

 Instructions for Photo and Signature Attachment:

  1. Scan and attach a color photo, signature, and self-attested copy. The photo should be at the top and the signature at the bottom. The photo should be of good quality with a white background.
  2. Polaroid photos are not allowed.
  3. The photo should be taken from the front showing both ears.
  4. Applications with photos not meeting these standards will be rejected.
  5. The photo should not be over three months and must have the date and applicant’s name mentioned.
  6. If glasses are used, wear them in the photo. No black glasses allowed.
  7. The same photo will be used throughout the selection process; keep at least 5 copies.
  8. Signatures must be clear and in the designated space below the photo, avoiding abbreviations or multiple signatures.
  9. Applications with missing or unclear photo signatures will be rejected.
  10. The same signature should be used during exams and the selection process.

Application Process Through MP Online Kiosks:

  1. Complete the form with all necessary information and photos.
  2. The kiosk operator will scan the photo, signature, and self-attested copy and attach them online.
  3. After filling out the form, verify the information and pay the portal fee to the kiosk operator.
  4. No written requests for corrections will be considered by ESB.
  5. Upon payment, the kiosk operator will provide a computerized receipt with the application number and payment details.

Instructions for Online Application Submission:

  1. Applications can be submitted online until midnight on the last date.
  2. Ensure to fill in the permanent mark on the body and photo ID details in the form.
  3. The accuracy of the information is the applicant’s responsibility.
  4. Fill in the marks and roll numbers of educational qualifications accurately.
  5. Provide your Aadhaar number or Aadhaar VID for biometric verification before the exam and data verification if selected.

Online Application Submission Options:

  1. Applications can be filled out on the MP Online website www.mponline.gov.in.
  2. Payment can be made using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
  3. No examination fee for backlog posts.
  4. Keep a copy of the application for future reference to download the admit card.

MPESB JE Draftsman Technician Job 2024: General Instructions

Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB)
1.       Aadhaar registration is mandatory.
2.        It is compulsory to bring an original photo ID to board exams. Acceptable IDs include Voter ID, PAN card, Aadhaar card, Driving License, or Passport. Only Aadhaar verified by UIDAI will be accepted. Without a photo ID, candidates will not be allowed to take the exam.
3.        Candidates must bring their Aadhaar card/e-Aadhaar card/Aadhaar card copy/Aadhaar number/Aadhaar VID as specified in the rulebook.
4.        Multi-level biometric verification using Aadhaar is mandatory during entry and throughout the exam.
5.        Entry to the exam center is permitted only until the reporting time. Latecomers will not be allowed.
6.       Use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, and sunglasses is strictly prohibited during the exam.
7.       Candidates can obtain their admit card for the online exam using their online application number. Keep the application number safe as it is the candidate’s responsibility.
8.       On the exam day, candidates must bring a black ballpoint pen and the admit card downloaded from the official website.
9.       No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall after the exam starts until it is completed.
10.   The E.S.B. does not verify any certificates during the application process; the relevant department does so during the appointment process. Therefore, the eligibility of candidates appearing in the computer-based online exam is provisional.
11.   It is mandatory for candidates applying for these posts to have active registration in the employment office of Madhya Pradesh.
12.   Candidates from special tribal communities in Madhya Pradesh, such as Baiga, Sahariya/Saharia, and Bharia, must submit hard copies of their applications along with necessary certificates directly to the concerned department. Applications sent to the board will not be accepted.
13.   Candidates from tribal communities (Baiga, Sahariya/ Saharia, Bharia) will not be exempted from the exam if the posts are non-executive. They should apply online as per the rules for SC/ST candidates. (In such cases, the related provisions for Baiga, Sahariya, and Bharia in the rulebook will be void.)
