M.P.RAJYA SAHAKARI BANK MYDT (MPRSB)

The online Preliminary examination will be held at various centers. Candidates must choose 4 preferred centers from the following:

• Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
• Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
• Indore, Madhya Pradesh
• Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
• Sagar, Madhya Pradesh
• Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
• Satna, Madhya Pradesh

1. Requests for changes in exam center, venue, date, or session will not be accepted.
2. MPRSB may cancel or add exam centers based on response and feasibility.
3. MPRSB reserves the right to assign any center, not necessarily the ones chosen by the candidate.
4. Candidates are responsible for any risks or expenses incurred at the examination center.
5. The choice of exam center is final once submitted.
6. If a center has insufficient candidates or exceeds capacity, MPRSB may reassign candidates to adjacent or other centers.
7. Candidates must select 4 centers on their application.
8. The number of online examination centers will be determined by the Bank.

M.P.RAJYA SAHAKARI BANK MYDT (MPRSB)

1. Carefully read all rules and regulations before applying.
2. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
3. Examination issues, including delays or re-exams, are at the discretion of the test body. Candidates must accept these conditions or face rejection.
4. MPRSB’s decisions on exam changes are final. Non-acceptance will result in disqualification.
5. Family members of MPRSB Board Directors cannot apply (as per M.P. Co-operative Society Rules 1962, Rule 44).
6. Ensure you meet all qualifications and experience requirements before applying. Successful candidates must clear the interview and provide original documents and work experience certificates.
7. If qualifications are found lacking at any stage, your application will be canceled, regardless of selection status.
8. SC/ST candidates will receive travel fare only as per state government rules for the interview.
9. Selected candidates must complete formalities like personal guarantee and financial fidelity before joining.
10. The probation period is 12 months, extendable by up to 12 months. Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination.
11. An affidavit and medical fitness certificate are required before joining. A police report is needed within 90 days, or the appointment may be terminated.

19. Candidates involved in serious legal issues may be disqualified unless the punishment period exceeds 5 years.

21. MPRSB reserves the right to cancel candidates’ results if patterns of shared answers or invalid scores are detected.
